房間非常寬敞，設備齊全，還有碗碟消毒機，可以放心使用。有個大露台，面對內園公園，視野開揚，如果不是趕行程，還想多住幾天。

房間很新，乾淨整潔通透明亮，配備用品跟酒店一樣很齊全，還有冰箱洗衣機，位子也很好找，停車很方便，一家人住得都非常滿意，一開始看了很多家，對比之後選了這一家萊芬公寓，比古城那邊性價比要高很多，去牌坊街景點也非常方便，十幾分鍾車程，有朋友來潮州玩，力推這家公寓，不踩坑。

這個價格跟其他平台比起來真的划算太多了，而且環境、衞生各方面都不輸其他家，真的必來 第一次來，帶着探店的想法來，點了特色飲料，蠻驚喜的，值得好評

房東很熱情，衞生乾淨，設施很新。在居民小區裏安靜舒適，出門就有幾家超市，開車或者共享電動車到西湖大約10分鐘，再走進古城很方便。附近不遠就有充電樁，小區地下停車場停車方便，性價比高值得推薦。

房間很大，也很乾凈，周邊也是安靜。我們下午到的潮州，因為上一個客人走的晚沒有打掃乾淨，快到四點才給我們同行的朋友辦入住，等我們走的那天，七號上午十點半保潔就惡狠狠的打開我們的房間説要打掃，讓我們十點半就退房，大家都出門在外，沒必要這樣斤斤計較吧，你四點才給我們辦入住，我沒有要求你把退房時間推遲，你還讓我們提前退房？起碼也要等到我們十二點之前離開之後再退房吧！

今次入住呢間民宿，體驗非常好。房間設施齊備，樓層高，光線充足，周圍環境舒服，我們全家非常滿意，唯一不足之處，是主人套間的沖涼花灑頭出水較細，導致未能舒服沖涼。民宿位置比較偏僻但安靜，是自駕遊的最佳選擇。因為附近飲食選擇不多。不過總體體驗非常滿意，下次會繼續租住。

按管家發的入住指引位置好找，停車方便，房間很新很乾凈，配置設施也很齊全，有洗衣機洗衣液換洗衣服非常方便，服務態度也很好，反應及時，很滿意，多人自駕遊的不錯選擇，性價比很高，離古城景點十幾分鍾車程，不算遠，會推薦給來潮州的朋友。

很好的公寓，4房2厠，電梯直達樓層，私隱度高，全屋整潔、日用品齊全、風筒風速強勁，值得一讚👍🏻唯一欠缺煮食用具！ 房間床舖整潔、舒適，浴室超乾淨。 附近有一間湘菜館，座位舒適，價錢相宜，食物有質素可以一試。 屋主回覆迅速，友善。與朋來潮州渡過了一次五星的體驗。下次再來都必定會再次入住。

環境舒適，空間感好好，床墊軟硬度適中舒適。 唯一唔好處是Wifi弱，房間收不到Wifi。 附近不多食市選擇，只有一間超市。
