這裏也是常住地方已經多次來。不過本次來老闆不在，老闆的親戚在。服務也好，一如既往來的運氣好，停車方便。性價比還是不錯。每次來都住在同一個房間。感覺你這個房間挺有默契和緣分。在路邊相對吵一點，不過我的睡眠還好。

一個不太起眼的旅館，位置應該屬於潮州郊區吧。門口停車還算是方便的，老闆娘服務熱情。房間雖然簡易還算是比較乾淨。周邊環境真的是一般，不曉得發展那麼多年了，潮州城市界面這麼差，由於過年賓館價格漲的離譜，才選了這家。價格還是平時的3倍，離龍湖古寨不算太遠

這已經是第二次來入住了。房間所有設施都齊全。也有暖氣，因為天氣太涼，但不過暖氣好像沒用，不知道是空調的不給力，還是房間太大。所以基本上整夜都難以入睡的那種感覺。但我覺得空調應該檢修了，老闆人很不錯。有電梯，有網絡，我沒有用不知道好不好？，有停車地方。總的來説沒有太高要求，性價比還是不錯的。

這個也是民宿，在一條主幹道邊上，環境還不錯，門口有個小停車場，附近也都可以隨便停車，算是比較方便，老闆很熱情，環境衞生也不錯。有電梯，有空調，房間比較大，設施比較齊全。性價比很高。老闆服務也很好。在這周邊值得推薦，沒有太高要求的，不用考慮。

價格實惠，房間乾淨整潔，床鋪枕頭睡着都比較舒適，高鐵站免費接客，老闆熱情。
附近吃飯不太方便，不介意的話可以**外賣，也可以借老闆電單車去附近鎮上吃飯😊。臨着潮汕路交通比較方便。

家庭公寓也有電梯，其他硬件設施雖然比不上漢庭全季，但是在旺季的價格確實吸引人。乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，熱水温度很高，水量很大。老闆很好，這裏距離潮汕站3-4公里，早上打不上車，老闆可以送。下次去潮汕，繼續住這裏。#衞生
