地理位置很方便，出門大路直走右轉到底再左轉就到鎮海樓了，我們是直接走路逛，鎮海樓走過去就是開元寺，再走就是廣濟橋，路過牌坊街，一路吃過去，挺好的！！
酒店環境還行，挺有風格的，老闆大哥人很熱情，走的時候還送我們伴手禮。
很幽靜，不會吵鬧。還以為老房子採光會不好，一點都不會8點自然醒，陽光曬進來，挺有意思的一次體驗，當然老房子衞生就沒辦法要求太高，不會很臟亂，還算過得去的。

這家民宿是在潮州古城裡麪，在景點許駙馬府附近，是花了416訂的，由於是旺季，民宿價格虛高問題我很理解，但是這個民宿給我入住感很一般，基礎服務改善空間很大。
一是到了民宿房間很小，很簡陋，廁所也很小（這個問題可以接受），但是廁所馬桶有尿漬，房間裏面沒有礦泉水提供，牙刷質量很差，刷牙掉毛的問題可以改善一下。二是房間隔音質量非常差，晚上10點多到12點多一直有人在前廳吵吵鬧鬧説話，非常吵，無法入睡，期間打電話給前台，安靜了一會又開始繼續。三是停車費和店家説的不一樣我有提前打電話諮詢停車事情，因為民宿沒有停車位，店家幫我預約了一個臨時停車場位置跟我説25元停車費，但是臨時停車場收費30元。（可能是古城的收費變了，店家可能要注意一下）
反正總體住下來，體感很一般，如果是100多塊的民宿，那也算了，但是旺季收費4百多，是不是可以在衞生和服務上多費點心思？

房間很小，日用品極為劣質不能用！一樓很潮濕，身上都起了紅疹。床單被罩也是一層潮潮的感覺，古城內的房子應該都是這個樣子。晚上都睡了很久了，突然半夜一對房客敲錯門了。牆體很薄，隔壁房間説話內容都能聽到，隔音太差了！本來訂了兩晚，果斷第二天退房了！

房間舒服，衞生，夜晚安靜好睡眠，在巷子裏距離周邊古蹟景點都很方便，推薦鎮前街腐乳雞翅，特意去買了2次，其他生醃、牛肉火鍋、鹵鵝就看個人口味了
