It is a gorgeous century old property designed in a traditional Teochew architecture. Much of the original fixtures are still intact. It was unfortunate that it rained continuously during my stay or I would have loved to have some tea in the courtyard. The bed was comfortably hard (which I liked). Hot water broke down on the second day due to a short circuit but was quickly rectified. Owner is helpful even during wee hours. While located on a quiet street, it is within minutes from the bustle. Definitely highly recommend this gem.

衞生：房間很乾凈，我們點上蚊香就出門了，晚上住的時候沒有蚊蟲
服務：服務很好，來的時候給我們免費升房，新房間更大住起來更舒服
位置：位置就在古城內，而且周圍很多吃的，特別方便
裝修：裝修很雅緻，小院子種滿了花草二樓還有圍爐煮茶的地方，裝修很新，很衞生

奇葩！奇葩！奇葩！4202年了！居然還洗冷水澡！首先民宿沒有提前聯繫確認入住和指路，自己摸摸索索在一條非常狹窄的小巷子裏面找到，旁邊還是一個大大施工地。一進門老闆就自述剛接手，吐槽之前民宿非常不行老土，心中略有點打鼓。果不其然...晚上十一點左右洗澡，水一點點熱，以為是出熱水需要時間，結果放了5分鐘，依然沒有熱，比體温還低，衹好勉強洗完。朋友找老闆，一去不回，半天也沒説能不能修好，打電話也不接，發訊息也不回，實在冷的不行，換了衣服出來，半天微信收到冷冷一句，沒帶手機，然後就沒有然後了，到第二天早上，水都是冷的！朋友説老闆在院子裏面跟別人喝茶，也放棄洗澡了。這種情況不應該道歉嗎？不應該關心一下客人，趕緊送杯熱茶嗎？不會做服務行業，就不要做！基本設施保障不了！基本服務意識都沒有！離譜離譜離譜！！
