一家人出遊，套房真的不好選，看了好久定的這家，沒想到很驚艷。老闆一家人很好，還是光榮之家，房間衞生乾淨，還貼心贈送了幾套一次性床品，給了很多遊玩攻略！房間很大，還能打桌球，小孩子玩的很開心。房子位置挺好，近古城，走路也挺近，建議租老闆家的電瓶車，比開車打車都方便。周邊有鳳凰州公園，值得一去，在公園最深處有一個亭子，可以遠眺同濟橋。早點可以去韓上樓體驗一下，還可以去觀潮樓喝茶看潮劇。這次潮州之旅一家人都玩的開心，住的開心，下次來還住這

退伍軍人開的民宿！住着安全感滿滿呀。態度還很好，還給我們攻略。大家可以放心沖！！！！價錢合理，房間乾淨衞生，還有距離景點也不遠。打車各方面都很方便的。民宿附近還有可以喝潮汕功夫茶，看戲坐輪船的地方。很不錯！

來潮州一定要住這裏，雖然不是在景區，但是在所有景點的中間呀，去哪哪都很方便，還不用擔心沒辦法停車。不想走路可以打車，但走路晚上可以看看橋上的風景，可以看到廣濟橋。打車也很便宜，8-9塊錢。樓下也有電動車租，老闆一家很好很熱情，住在這裏就跟住在家裡一樣，安全放心呢。

民宿地理位置很好，距離景點很近，到牌坊街1公里出，我們走路用了10多分鐘。民宿是自建房，樓齡很新呢，不是老房改建的，房間向陽，我們很喜歡，有電梯。剛好在一個島上，住在這裏停車，打車各方面還挺方便的，樓下也有電動車租賃。老闆一家也住這裏，所以我們住在這裏感覺也很安全也很安心。老闆很熱情，給我們分享了攻略，邀請我們喝了潮汕功夫茶，還讓我們免費停車，寄存行李。下次來還住這裏！住這裏一定不後悔！推薦推薦！

潮州很好，下次還來！！
住到了滿意的的民宿，吃到心心念唸的美食！滿足啦～！民宿比我想象中的好，樓下就可以停車，裝修清點，乾淨衞生！老闆服務周到，這裏還有提供電動自行車，去哪都很方便。騎電動車到景點還不用5分鐘，這裏的景點比較集中。民宿就在景點中心位置，空氣也是超好，附近還有一些特色小吃，挺方便的。贊贊贊！

抱着很一般的感覺定了這裏，因為覺得這裏離景點都很近，出門比較方便。結果真的驚艷到我了，民宿比照片不知道好多少倍！乾淨衞生，真的，老闆人還很好，服務到位！老闆給我們提供了一次性床單，還幫我們裝好。真的很感謝。樓下還有電動車出租，省了好多打車錢。真的很方便，住這裏真的很值！環境好離景點又近！真的推薦推薦！

房間不錯，在韓江旁邊的島上，離古城牌坊街走路衹需要十分鐘，打車也很方便，乾淨整潔，採光也不錯，老闆態度超好很熱情，值得一住
