It was a very bad stay experience! I checked in on the night of the 30th and stayed in a standard double room. The front desk said that the room was full and they could not change. I thought it was said on the Internet that if the handheld showerhead leaked, or had yellow marks, it might have been disassembled by previous passengers. Intestinal!!! Very disgusting and resistant, I immediately contacted the front desk to handle it. After the staff came to the room to check, they found that the parts at the nozzle connection were missing, causing water leakage. It was either aging or missing a part! I was even more resistant in my heart! But because the whole room knew I couldn't change rooms, so I didn't bother the hotel, and the staff just replaced the handheld sprinkler head and left. We went out early the next day. When we came back, I checked that there were 5 more business king rooms available for reservation. I had the right to upgrade the room type for two nights, so I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. As a result, the front desk said that only 3 rooms had been cleaned, but they had been booked by guests, and the other rooms had not been cleaned, so they refused my request to change rooms??? It is almost 21 o'clock! There are obviously 5 rooms available for booking on the Internet! But They won’t let me change rooms??? Later, around 22:40, I checked several platforms and there were still 4 rooms available for booking (it said that one room was booked during the period). If I change rooms in a relationship, I won’t have a room. Others can book them. Really? It's too much! Ban this hotel permanently! Please be aware of the hygiene and service issues here! The room is large and absolutely clean, with excellent environmental facilities. The service staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic and the answers to our questions are always satisfactory. Needless to say, the breakfast was sumptuous. The waiters in the restaurant worked very hard. This store is not far from Chaoshan Railway Station. As long as you make a reservation 2 hours in advance, the hotel will pick you up and drop you off at the station, so you don’t have to worry about what taxi drivers say about whether it’s difficult to hail a taxi.
