衞生細節不是很好。地上不少長頭髮（圖二，一進門先用紙巾撿地上頭髮了），插座上有蛛絲（圖一，金色上面那一橫白）。桌子，用餐巾紙一擦都是黑的。其他還行，交通方便。

一個套房，有兩個房間，兩個獨立的衞生間，我們三大兩小住起來足夠寬敞，外面還有洗衣機，方便連住幾晚的。大的房間裏面還有沙發茶几茶桌，泡茶吃飯都好方便。去年剛開業的，房間裏的設施都很新，用的都是品牌的，床墊睡起來也好舒服，跟在家裡睡覺沒兩樣。離去古城的擺渡車站也就三四分鐘的步行路程，好方便。下次再來潮州還會繼續入住這裏。

屋內整潔衞生。設施都是嶄新的，很好。入住正值春節，老闆很特意擺放鮮花和糖果，感受到了滿滿的年味。看我們是三人入住大床房，免費為我們升級了一個有榻榻米的房間。最重要的時候，走100米就可以，乘上直通車有古城票價十元很方便。春節潮州的住宿漲價但是老闆卻沒有漲價。點贊！

服務很差，店主是非常奇怪的人，沒有任何服務意識，入住時帶錯房間，我們外出後才被告知，跟老闆要一次性10個紙杯，好久之後拿了4個過來，意思是她找鄰居借的，還很不客氣得跟我説小孩子玩具刀不要碰到傢俱牆壁，我和顏以對。淋浴房外沒有吸水地墊也就算了，打電話詢問並且好言提出建議：一般旅館酒店都會有地墊……咄咄逼人質問我：你用什麼態度和我説話……我忍你很久了…… 隨後掛斷電話。第二天早上，找不到一次性牙刷，（洗漱用品沒有放在洗手間），她根本不管卧室裏其他人還沒醒，穿着睡衣執意要進去拿，被我阻止後，還要用腳擋住阻止我關門，想要繼續跟我這個客人爭執下去……👍我就是説人生第一次遇見找客人吵架的民宿老闆，大概這家人開民宿就是為了找人吵架吧……

房間很乾凈，衞生也很滿意，房東熱情服務很棒，可比五星酒店，裝飾裝修風格也很漂亮，下次去潮州還會去住，有回家的感覺，在平台很難找到這種民宿，超級超級滿意👍👍👍

房間超大，照明光亮，門口就有停車，新店，衞生乾淨，離韓江邊很近，唯一的小缺點是床頭板還有新裝修的氣味，估計需要點時間散味。

忘了拍照了！！老闆服務也很好，衞生也很好，環境也很好，6月份剛裝修的，就是味兒還有點，其他問題都不大，離古城牌坊街很近的，下次還會再來的！
