Good location with good food. Free Christmas gift for kids. Have free laundry service and the staffs are very helpful. The free breakfast is nice and also come with free drinks.

The room decoration is very new, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard. Because of a family trip, I booked two 1.35-meter beds in the standard room. Before going to bed, I put the two mattresses together and it turned out to be an extra-large bed, which was perfect for a family of three. The hotel is equipped with L'Occitane toiletries, which are very high-end. In addition, the drinks in the hotel refrigerator are free to drink, and there are also fruit snacks when you check in, which is very considerate.

Thank you, Miss Xiaowei. The service is very good~~ The hotel is in the archway street, quiet in the bustling city. It is very convenient to visit the surrounding archways and towers at night. Guangji Tower is within a hundred meters of the door. The room is also very spacious, and disposable towels and bath towels are provided. Good reviews ❤️❤️❤️❤️ You can go to the rooftop terrace to check in the light show at 8 o'clock in the evening. There will be an additional 9:30 show on weekends. It is a prime location with exclusive views. If the weather is good, you can also come up to drink tea and chat with friends.

European style decoration, very high-end. The large floor-to-ceiling windows face the ancient city, with a wide view. The sanitary conditions and service facilities are first-class. The service quality is very high, responsive, very comfortable and warm. There is also a bathtub and a massage chair in the room, which is very comfortable to massage after taking a bath. The hotel has a parking lot, but it is best to contact the hotel before checking in, and someone will guide you to park. The only drawback is that there is no store name sign outside the hotel building. It is said that it is due to municipal reasons, which is understandable. Be sure to contact the hotel before checking in.

At first slight difficult to find the place and the DiDi driver was not able to send me to the doorstep, I had to use goggle map to navigate myself to there from main street to there under the hot sun. But realized that it was easy after I managed to locate it. The Staff are friendly and nice to talk to. Willing to help and recommend good food to me. The room is neat, tidy and clean. But a bit noisy due to the loud voice and play of children. The wall sound insulation effect is not that good.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Although it takes about 40 minutes (via Didi Car) to travel from Chaosan Station, the hotel is nicely located opposite West Lake/Park and near major tourist attractions (Kai Yuan Temple开元寺, GuangJi Tower/Wall/Bridge 广济桥), shops and eateries (Paifang Food Street牌坊街, XiNan Food Street 西南路). There are a few decent restaurants just beside the hotel too. Art Hotel Han Si XiHu lives up to its name as the hotel is beautifully decorated with art pieces, especially at the lounge area where there is a nightly Chinese string instrument (Guzheng) performance (except Tuesdays). A shoutout to the hotel staff : - the warm and helpful reception staff (Miss Chen 陈小姐 and Miss Li 李小姐） - the excellent housekeeping staff who thoughtfully supplied extra coffee bags after knowing I drink coffee - the service staff who did not just walk past me but greeted me and also introduced me to the free Chaozhou dessert (evenings only) and tea provided at the reception lounge The hotel room we booked was very spacious and the amenities were adequate and of high quality (think there isn’t a room safe but no biggie). There was even a complete tea set to make a proper cup of Chinese tea. A room air purifier and dehumidifier are provided. The bed is big and comfortable with adequate pillows. The aircon here works perfectly unlike other hotels’ useless control settings. I like the huge projector screen entertainment system except there isn’t much to offer non-Chinese guests. Soundproofing-wise, we could occasionally hear neighbouring room doors close and people talking in the corridors but it wasn’t a big issue. The shower and toilet area is large but the entire floor will become wet & slippery after a shower as there isn’t a screen to contain the spray from the shower. The hotel does provide a floor mat and bathroom slippers to prevent slipping.

A very good homestay in Teochew. You can get good advices to explore the place. The location is good, you can walk to reach the food and snacks. The front desk is helpful. Help us to get our laundry back to our room, and even help to book the train ticket. Overall a good experience indeed

The most incredible hotel stay in China after more than 3 weeks travelling around Xinjiang, Beijing and Xiamen. I have only superlatives in describing every moment and experience at Chaozhou Nanyi from the cleanliness, rooms, beds, bathrooms with the latest high-tech toilets, showers etc. The deco along the passageways, room layout is just so tastefully laid out. The unit I had comprised a master bedroom, another separate single room, a spacious sitting/tea/tv lounge, 2 separate bathrooms with latest high-tech features and a walk-in closet. The breakfast is more than ample from a western to a noodle station to suit your choice of ingredients. Tea and light snacks is served every afternoon, including a late night bowl of noodles, if you are hungry. This hotel surpasses my every expectations of what a top 5 stars hotel should be, much better than some of the Kempinski’s I’ve stayed in, in Europe! And it’s surprisingly affordable! No doubt my hotel of choice in Chaozhou!

Was not as close to the tourist spots as I thought but service and space was great. The cleaners will clean your room even if you put do not disturb so make sure you lock your suitcase.

Good location, close to many eateries, room spacious and clean, comfortable bed. However, no instructions on using room TV, and service request was slow to respond. Front desk staff unable to provide information on local places to visit. Overall a nice experience.
