체크인시 데스크 사장님께서 친절하게 룸을 배정해주셔서 감사했습니다. 룸도 청결하고 내부 인테리어도 좋았습니다. 야간시간대부터 다음날 오전까지 데스크에 할머니 분이 계셨는데, 취객이 그냥 로비에 누워있는 것을 방치하시고, 복장 및 고객에 대한 태도가 호텔의 수준을 떨어뜨리는 부분이 안타까웠습니다.
