The room was good and the breakfast was great. Great location as well. But the only thing was the pillows are very stiff so I woke up every morning with my neck hurting. I'd recommend packing your own pillow from home if softer pillows are not available.

Toyoko Inn Changwon left me quite disappointed. The biggest issue was that everything in the hotel felt uncomfortably small. Having been to Japan and experiencing compact spaces in Tokyo, I expected some level of convenience despite the size. However, this felt more like a poor imitation or a knock-off version where the smallness was more of an inconvenience than an advantage.
The cramped quarters made the stay uncomfortable, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a very petite person who doesn't mind tight spaces. It's essential to consider your comfort when choosing accommodations, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in that regard.

Accommodation was small but clean. Counter staff not as friendly or helpful as compared to busan toyoko. Breakfast wise, busan made more effort in changing daily menu. Overall am satisfied for the price paid.

The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.
