We stayed for 5 days. Our room was clean and was always kept clean by the friendly staff. The manager and the housekeeping staff were all helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. They definitely made up for the rudeness we experienced from some of their fellow countrymen. Good location with lots of nearby convenience stores and restaurants. We truly recommend this hotel. I stayed at 7 Toyoko Inn this year for 10 days, but I thought the central part of Busan was the best breakfast. But Yeongdeungpo is the first place in the world, and the breakfast service and taste are the lowest. It was 7:10, but the main meat did not come out, and I asked three staff and I didn't answer. This seems to be a staff education at all. Other front desk staff are about 3-4 out of 7. There is no point to follow the best Daegu staff. Daegu is a point where the staff is going to collapse.I don't know who the Daegu branch leader is, but it seems to be correct to replace it quickly.

Well located and saved us after another hotel was unable to accommodate us!
The staff were lovely and friendly! We booked to go and see the cherry blossom festival, it was in a great location for it as the buses were frequent and often!
Bonus! There is a lake near by that’s beautiful- sadly we didn’t see the fireworks show that’s there because we didn’t know about it but we had an amazing time!
The hotel also has a full sized bath which was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

The service was good. Even though the staff was not fluent in English they still provided information about our room and stay in document prepared in English. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was also good.

This is an old hotel in Changwon with a good location.
It is not very clean, but it is an old hotel, and the smell is very special, yellow everywhere, not recommended for people who care about cleanliness.
Due to the location and business trips, it is not recommended for people who only sleep in the office.
As far as I am concerned, I plan to look elsewhere when I go to Changwon on business next time

I visited my parents' house and stayed with my husband. The location is great, there are many delicious restaurants and places to play nearby, and the staff is friendly. It's clean and the restaurant on the ground floor is delicious. There's also an electric car charging facility.

IizziedadI came and stayed the day before to attend my son's naval training completion ceremony. The room was clean and the bed was very nice. I had a good home-cooked breakfast in the morning, and all the staff were very friendly, so it was a satisfactory stay.
Because the location is a new port, the view is a container view... I think it was a bit of an unusual experience, and since it's a newly built area nearby, there isn't much, but there's everything you need and the food around is delicious.
One thing I wish the hotel would do is that there was no towel rack in the washroom, which was a bit inconvenient. I think it would be good if they could take action.
I was satisfied with the clean facilities and friendliness of my stay.

Cons: The wedding hall is on the high floor, so the use of Elbe is not smooth at weekend wedding peak time. Wedding guests burst into Elbe at check-out time...
The worst is breakfast. It was 7-9 o'clock operation time and I visited at 8 o'clock, and even if the customers with the tickets stood at the entrance, the staff just looked at and served. When I asked, I came and asked me to stand for 15 minutes because the order was pushed. Waiting? There are many empty seats, can't you sit and wait? I couldn't distinguish it, so I went to the hotel room and waited and came in 15 minutes. There were more than 50 seats in the empty seats, but the staff seemed to be a lack of Capa covering the order. If you can't respond to the number of staff and the number of customers, you can separate the seats that you can order rather than the suggestion to wait in the hotel room and reduce the inconvenience of moving to the remaining waiting seats. It looks more wise. So I waited in the hotel room for 15 minutes, and 2 menu materials were exhausted out of 5 menu. The staff were friendly but the service was not defined only by kindness, but it seems to need to reorganize the process inside the hotel.

范范思The hotel is in the city center, halfway between Jinhae Station and the intercity bus terminal.
The room is spacious and clean, bed is wide, TV is good, wifi connection is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful, really warm after a long trip coming here.
Restaurants are all around. The one next to the hotel offers good quality Korean beef and pork at reasonable prices.

GGuest UserIt was a consecutive stay, but the reserved room was not of the same level, so after check-out, I was told to vacate the room and move out at the next check-in time. Other hotels said I could move to a room that was cleaned first, but I said there was no need to leave, so they said there was no room and that I had to upgrade if I wanted to stay. I ended up paying extra and upgrading, but there were a lot of rooms available for check-out the next morning.
Also, the room information was poor. The refrigerator was not in the right place, so I contacted them and they told me that the floor was originally on a different place. There was no information and it was even broken. In addition, the light in front of the door did not turn on, so when I asked, there was a small button under the card key slot that turns it on only here. There was also no explanation, etc.
