We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine.
