"It's a newly opened bar. The guy who checked me in was not very experienced. He had a small QR code sign in his hand and asked us to scan this and that. He ran from one bar to another. I don't know what he wanted to do. If you need any help with any task, just tell me directly. I will usually try my best to cooperate. The environment is very good, but the hygiene is not good. There are two hairs on the stool when I entered the room. The curtains are a bit too long and don't look beautiful."

"I arrived late after a long day of travel and meetings. The reception was efficient, and I found the room clean, well-lighted, and airconditioned. The shower was excellent, with lots of standing room and no flooding onto the floor. Breakfast was posted at 7:00, a little late for me, but when I stepped in at 6:45, the kitchen workers welcomed me and even helped with the coffee machine. I will return to Changshul often this summer and will be sure to stay at the Pulisi again. :-)

2203981****During the May Day holiday, I decided to visit Changshu. I accidentally saw this hotel with high reviews on Ctrip. I booked it without thinking too much. The hotel is located in the Changshu Shanghu Scenic Area. The environment is great and there are plenty of parking spaces. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff was very skilled in checking in. The process was quite fast, and someone would lead me to the room. The hotel rooms are divided into several areas. Fortunately, my room is very close to the hotel lobby, so I don’t need to park and send. If it is farther away, I can call for parking and pick-up. The room is very clean and very quiet by the water. I am more particular about the bed, so every time I go out to play, sleeping at night is a headache. However, I slept very well after staying here for two nights, which means it is really quiet. The pillow is a little low. There are welcome fruits and special cakes in the room. I stayed for two nights. The hotel was very considerate and put in different flavors of pastries, and the mini bar and the refrigerator had so many snacks that you couldn't finish them. Because the weather was hot these two days, we finished all four bottles of water on the first day. When we came back the next day, we saw that the waiter put six bottles for us. It was really considerate. But then again, if there is not enough water, I really don't know where to buy it 😂 The sanitary napkins can only be used in the toilet, and they are specially equipped with an alcohol wipe and a disposable toilet seat cushion, which is very convenient. The bath water at night is also very good and comfortable, but the door of the shower room on the first day always felt that it could not be closed tightly, and the bath water came out and flowed into the bathroom. On the second night, I studied it for half a day and pulled the door in with all my strength. The silicone strip can be sealed and there is no leakage. I hope the waiter can pay attention to it in the future! Our room is a waterside room. When you open the window, you can see the lotus leaves under the window. I think this room will be more beautiful in summer, because the push bed is a beautiful lotus! The TV can cast the screen, but it can only receive Apple operating system. I hope Hongmeng can also be developed. There is free goodnight sweet soup every night. The first day is white wine glutinous rice balls, and the second day is milk oatmeal porridge. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, with special mushroom oil noodles. The hotel also has many activities to sign up for every day. The hotel also has bicycles for free. You can ride out to the periphery of Shanghu Lake, which is also very free! There are too many broken bikes. I hope that all the broken ones can be repaired or inspected on time, otherwise they can't be ridden. In case some of them are broken halfway through riding, it will be a terrible road to push them back, more than ten kilometers! In addition, the hotel is located in a natural environment, so there are more small insects. It is recommended that the hotel can regularly disinfect at the door of the room, otherwise people with intensive phobia are very scared every time they enter the room. Will there be little guys disturbing the bed! Overall, I like this hotel very much and I will book it next time!

GGuest UserRecently, my best friend and his wife drove from Shanghai to Changshu for vacation, and specially selected the ”Changshu Elegant Qinchuanju Hotel” which will only open in 2023. I also did a lot of homework before coming. After booking, I directly contacted the hotel housekeeper Mr. Cao. Under his arrangement, I checked into the hotel smoothly and upgraded the room. The three-day and two-night experience made me and my friends feel very satisfied. The hotel is not big, but the overall design is elegant, chic and clean, and the intelligent room facilities are more advanced. Superb service, every place is received by the hotel staff's unimaginable warm greetings and hospitality, which is very heartwarming. There are many varieties of breakfast, the ingredients are fresh, quality and quantity, and the taste is also very good. The hotel also has its own cafe and French barbecue... Three days and two nights really don't have time to experience them one by one, but I will bring relatives and friends to stay before returning home. MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

GGuest UserThe B&B converted from an old house has a quiet environment and is convenient for travel but quiet. When you return to the courtyard after a day of traveling, you will be living in an antique Suzhou garden with pavilions and winding paths, which is particularly comfortable. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the little girl at the front desk. We arrived late on the first day and ran in and out to help us upgrade the room and get things.
