Hotels near Xiangzhanglu Railway Station, Changsha

When prices of all hotels increase during the Spring Festival, you can definitely choose this one! The subway is covered, and there are two shopping malls nearby for dinner. The subway to Wuyi Square and Wanjiali is also very fast! The environment is clean, the service attitude is good, and there is breakfast! Really great! focus! The room is really comfortable. I manage to sleep like a baby and the location is very strategic just opp the railway station. A tips, you can request the hotel to pick you up from the railway station to the hotel and vice versa. This service is free of charge. Feedback to the front desk, to focus more on their work because upon check in, I have specifically requested a non-smoking room but I was assigned a smoking room instead. Definitely not a great experience.

The room was clean and the location was convenient. There was a subway station right outside. Parking was very convenient. However, they charged 30 yuan when we left the parking lot. I called the hotel and found out that we needed to report to the front desk to get free parking. Because we had just entered the highway, we didn't turn back. Then a staff member, Mr. Yu, solved the problem very professionally and quickly and refunded 30 yuan.

Everything is very well. Firstly, location is very near Subway Line 2 (Exit 4) and Changsha High Speed Railway (upper) and Changshanun (upper), the entrance is opposite LAWSON and McDonald (downstair). Secondary, The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There are automatic toilet flushing and separate bathroom and toilet. Thirdly, there are various breakfast and staffs are attentive and provide very good service. We were very impressed and would stay again.

It deserve for the five star hotels. The people were very kind, and the details of facility were satisfied for me. and the swimming pool was really great. (clean and comfortable) Yes. it's quite expensive than the scale... but I would like to recommend this hotel. Next time, I will book this hotel again. I got a unforgettable memory from this hotel. so I hope to chance to visit this hotel again. Only one negative thing is that there is not many people who can speak English in this hotel. (I think most of Chinese five star hotels are the same situation after Pandemic...)

Booked two rooms for two nights. The front desk did not inform me of the room upgrade when I checked in. The next day, the front desk said that the room was upgraded. However, I looked at the elevator sign and found that the room on the 14th floor where we stayed was not a business room as indicated by the elevator sign. When I asked the front desk, they said that the room had been renovated two years ago. I was thinking that since it had been renovated for two years, why hadn't this small sign been updated?

The room is bright and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the wooden floor is refurbished. The front desk lady has good service. More than 200 people have stayed in a very satisfactory room.

definitely a 5 star experience from the moment i checked in. polite, professional and efficient staffs at check in. apparently i got a free upgrade and all the way up at L23 with nice unblocked views. there was free high tea 3-5pm at L26 with coffee and pastries. room i got was huge and spacious and felt really comfortable. the bed was perfect to sleep on for me. toilet area was well separated and daily amenities provided. probably the only thing i would have wanted is to have a tub. also it was a bonus that in house at L5 there is a massage center. went for foot massage and it was pretty good. provides buffet meals for all patrons of the massage center but i didn’t try it though. breakfast for me was just ok, nothing fancy. location wise it’s in between changsha south railways and ping yang metro station. a bit of walk to get to either but manageable. recommended if u want to be based around changsha south.
