網上定的時候看了環境還行，感覺比較新。
1.結果誰知道車根本沒有辦法直達酒店門口下車！酒店在一個小區裏面，樓下是一個半廢棄商圈，晚上走很黑！！！不是獨棟獨摟，和公寓各一半！！説的是刷卡進入樓層，我們沒刷也進去了！外賣小哥送餐到門口，也沒有所謂的機器人送餐這樣的安全服務！！！
2.我們晚上10點多到酒店，特意給前台説了行程太累，還有孩子麻煩安排一個安靜一點的房間，結果我們住的房間旁邊一個水井房！對面兩個！重點是：半夜1點左右被各種聲音驚醒！隔壁洗漱的水龍頭聲音大的像在我們自己房間洗漱！隔壁喊小度小度都能聽見！隔音效果極其差！晚上到白天持續有一個類似地鐵行駛時的聲音一直響！周邊有一個城際列車站！！！小度早上8點自己亮屏！床頭插孔衹有右側一個！
3.半夜打電話反映給我們説換房間，我們開始就説了要求了，孩子都睡著了，難道我們要半夜起來整理行李穿衣服抱着孩子拖着行李換房間嗎？？！問了半天也解釋不清是啥聲音！説會反映給經理，第二天我們直到退房沒有收到任何一個負責人主動的詢問和了解情況！！！！
4.我們定這個房間是看它在高鐵站和機場比較近！我們打車到機場80還上了高速！！！！距離所謂的地鐵口需要步行15分鐘！很不方便！！！大家慎重選擇！！！這是我第一次給服務行業差評，是真的體驗感太太太差了！
5.附上隔壁水龍頭用水時的水聲，將音量調到最大聽就是你睡在自己房間的環繞立體聲！！！！

很貼心 小姑娘都很熱情下面就是商場，服務也是沒得挑!洗衣物，下午茶，停車場一樣都沒落下，還有各種生活用品都可以用機器人送到房間，就算是出門少帶了什麼東西完全不用擔心丟!前台小姐姐也很熱情，給我們做了旅遊攻略！很不錯

這家酒店太如意了！
入住之前打了好幾次個電話，希望安排安靜點的房間，因為當天高鐵要九點多才到，酒店也致電詢問是否入住，我表示十點左右會入住，安排安靜一點的房間，到了酒店前台，在辦理時也表示希望安靜一點的房間，後來入住後晚上一直被各種開關水聲吵醒、乃至驚醒，以為就是酒店隔音不大好，在最後一天退房前才注意到被安排到了2間水井房的當中！真的太可惡了！連續三天沒休息好！入住還辦理了2張房卡，結果阿姨打掃衞生拿走了一張放在房間的房卡，聯繫前台説明情況，前台態度不好，就回了一句你退房我不看你有幾張房卡！這叫什麼話，隨隨便便拿走一張房卡，也不説送回來，還一副不耐煩的語氣，簡直無語至極！
説到自助早餐，第一天不是缺黃油説沒送來就是色拉醬沒有，四個裝菜的衹有一個有菜，第二、第三天更加離譜，還在用餐時間內，已經菜品都沒有了、炒飯沒有了、炒麪也沒有了，就算快到用餐結束後期了，適當增加點不過分吧！畢竟大家都是花錢買的自助早餐！
預訂酒店的時候還説有下午茶，下午茶的品種很少，唯一的亮點有個水果，結果其中一天也説沒有水果了，説是早上廚房通知的時候沒水果，那到下午為什麼不補充？！
整個三天感覺服務特別不到位，前**氣中充滿不耐煩，感覺非常差！

衞生：衞生差得離譜！！！每天搞衞生的時候不擦灰的嗎？床單和毛巾上也有毛髮，沒有客房經理或者主管查房的？這衞生能過關？
環境：環境一般，房間隔音差
早餐：種類一般吧！東西少了沒有及時補缺，咖啡機出來的簡直不能稱為咖啡 全是水，兑了一點點咖啡，自己可以想象
服務：服務一般

位置非常偏！在高鐵站打車滴滴搜不到酒店名稱！後來對應地址輸入才發現名稱不符！在一個廢棄的商場二樓走了很遠！晚上一片漆黑拖着行李上商場二樓坐電梯，電梯玻璃碎的，很可怕，攥緊手機按着緊急呼救號碼生怕鑽出人來！走了很多轉彎抹角在一個網吧旁邊，旁邊還有很多去網吧的…非常扯的經歷

服務很好，自助餐很豐富，乾淨衞生，有小度控制全屋設備。唯一美中不足的是樓板太薄，且樓上樓下水管是連着的，樓上説話聊天吶喊特別清楚，每次樓上打開水龍頭洗手，都會感覺是自己房間的聲音。。。
