From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt full of sincerity and warmth. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was very efficient, and patiently introduced us to the hotel's facilities and surrounding environment. The layout of the room is exquisite and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, and you can feel the fatigue of the day when you lie down. The facilities in the room are all available, air conditioning, TV, hot water, etc. are all running well. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding transportation is convenient, it is very convenient to go to attractions or shopping. And the environment around the hotel is also very quiet, you can sleep at night. Overall, the stay experience was great, both the facilities, service and environment were impeccable. This hotel is strategically located nearby the popular Wuyi Square & IFS building. Surrounding with Shopping Malls & Eateries. Walking distance to Metro Station. Hotel front desk staffs are cheerful & friendly. Fast & smooth during check in. Room is very spacious with large bed size. Well housekeeping, nice & neat cleaning by the staffs. Wash room & toilet is large space with bath tub too. High flooring 15-24 level with city view. Breakfast serving buffet style but can be improved better with more varieties food serving. Overall recommend to be first choice hotel when visiting here, CHANGSHA MUYI H HOTEL!

CSS was a pretty decent hotel. It is outside of the main tourist areas, so it was quiet, but it is still pretty convenient. There are a few nice restaurants close by. The river view is very nice. The hotel was okay overall.

I came to the sixth floor to get coffee. The waiter Xiao Feng was very warm and thoughtful. The environment was very good. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Changsha in the future. It is worthy of the service of a five-star hotel. The coffee is delicious and fragrant

Although the room furniture is slightly dated, it is conveniently located next to i-City mall and serves as a centralised location to explore Changsha. Opt for the daily breakfast and you will not be disappointed. Most of the local food can be found at the buffet and the view on the 43rd floor is magnificent. The only downside was the strong smell of cigarettes that permeated the air in the room. Remember to bring your own swimming cap if u intend to utilise the indoor swimming pool, otherwise u will not be allowed to enter the pool. Swimming caps retail at 40CNY a piece, so BYOC (Bring Your Own Cap)!

Hotel is about 15 min walk to the south railway station and metro. There really isn’t anything around the hotel to eat or anything besides heading to the railway station. It is away from the city centre. Rooms were spacious and decently cleaned. We had a theme room but the theme mats in the room were not cleaned other than that it was ok. Washroom was a bit small hard to navigate when you have small children coming in and out of the shower. Breakfast was good had good choices. Would stay again but maybe not in a theme room.

The hotel is very clean and profesional. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has an ample range for the hungry traveller with the Chinese food cooked to perfection and decent bread but not many cereal options. I would have preferred there to be sugar-free options with the hot drinks but there is hot water for tea bags. The decor is superb and bed warm and comfortable. I didn't get to see the museum so if I come back then I will probably choose to stay here again!

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during our first trip to Changsha and the experience was unforgettable. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. The reception helped us upgrade the room for free. The Concierge Supervisor Nolan Zhou was very helpful and helped us carry the luggage to the room. The cleaning ladies tidied up the room in a meticulous way everyday. The room was very spacious, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with a very large bathroom.

amazing stay, love the extra mile services from (小钟) xiao zhong 👍🏻 whenever we have questions, she speak with patience and understands that we are from overseas. we went to wash our clothes and bumped into her at the lift, she offered to help us to get our dryer clothes and send it back to our hotel room. hotel is pretty too 😍👍🏻❤️ highly recommend!!
