I came to Changsha from another place and chose this hotel decisively. Before I arrived at the hotel, I received a call from the assistant manager of the hotel lobby to confirm the arrival time with us, and asked how many people we were and if we had any special requirements so that we could prepare them in advance. I immediately felt so warm and friendly. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk ladies also received us very warmly. The winter in the south is really cold and biting. They brought us a cup of hot tea, chatted with us, and told us what fun and delicious places there are nearby. It really felt like the warmth of home.

不是第一次住維也納了，這個維也納一進大廳就感覺特別大氣，這次來長沙玩，定了一個大床房，房間很大，很寬敞，一進門就感覺特別整潔，乾淨，前台小姐姐也很親切，態度好，還有就是他們這過道，大廳都有香芬，特別好聞。
10樓有自助洗衣服，有地下停車庫停車方便，周邊還有商場和很多店鋪，飯店，水果店，小吃都有，買東西很方便
哦，對了，酒店有自助早餐，也很實惠。
反正這個維也納整體還是非常不錯了，住的舒心，下次還來😄

It's pretty good! The problem was solved quickly. The lady's service attitude here is very good. I like the style of the hotel! The sanitation is very clean, the candy at the front desk is delicious. Especially what surprised me is that there are free white fungus, red dates, lotus seeds and soup in the evening. The room can be delivered to the room. I love it, I call for you.

Clean and almost new hotel with very good internet speed and spacious rooms. The AC didn't really work in our room and also nobody acted upon mentioning it to the reception desk. Otherwise a comfortable stay, minus the slight KTV music noise in the evenings which however did stop eventually and didn't interrupt sleeping.

I would definitely stay here again! The ac is amazing, and the staff is helpful. Laundry is available for very cheap. The location is great— easy to get to everywhere by bus or train and many good restaurants and shopping in walking distance. I was also able to make some friend in the area and from the hostel :)
I ended up having a change in travel plans and preferred to stay here an extra night as opposed to somewhere else or get to my next destination early!

Location was fantastic, right outside the metro exit and 3min walk to the railway station. Room was a bit small but that was alright for the price. Just that the bathroom had some sticky liquid under the dustbin. Nice that there are lots of power sockets.

CChella in ChinaThe design & style of this hotel is amazing. Modern and clean Ioved it. The smell is amazing in the lobby, except for the mall shop by the stairs where the owner smokes inside (which is very common in China). The staff are nice and helpful to take your bags & help you to reception. The is no English at all so if you don’t speak Chinese you will be lost. Their is also face recognition to open your door to your room but they do that for me (don’t know why). Check in was very easy! And so quick considering they were so busy when I checked in and also I am foreign. The room was so nice and I was on the top floor with a nice view. However some things I would recommend for the room is (1) add a cupboard. There was only a small hanger on I hang my clothes (no cupboard or drawers). (2) Why doesn’t the TV connect to wifi? If this can happen the experience will be much better. Such a nice smart tv but you can mirror your phone to the TV cause there no wifi in the TV.
Other than these small things, it was a very pleasant stay. Nice location with covid testing opposite (50m). Also, rooms were like 95% sound proof which is better than any room I’ve been at in china. Makes for a super comfortable experience.

The hotel is equipped with a gym and a laundry room, as well as a dryer. The surrounding geographical location is excellent and the environment is beautiful. CCameo19I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities.
It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute!
The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log.
Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.)
The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place.
The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable.
Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great.
Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city.
Definitely recommend staying here!

You can literally walk to all the main shopping streets nearby for access to shopping and food (eg bakeries, famous fermented bean curd, bubble tea shops, Chinese food chains, many food streets/food courts). Just around the corner there’s also a small quaint alley which is quieter than the main shopping streets, that also has nice local options or coffee shops. The staff was very sweet when I checked in and she offered a room upgrade for me. I also needed their help to book a car because my overseas phone can’t do so on the Didi app, and they helped me with that :) The pickup / drop off location is however not at the hotel itself. It’s across the street right at the traffic light (outside Zegna of IFS). Orange Hotel is directly opposite IFS if you’d like access to higher end shopping. Don’t expect 5 star hotel cleanliness, the room did smell a little musky (someone definitely smoked in there before at some point), but it was livable and the good location trumps it all. There are some lighting options in this room as well that are pretty amusing - props to the hotel for wanting to spice things up. There’s a small ramp to help you roll your luggage up at the lift landing, and if you need anything eg an extra bottle of water, a robot helps to bring it to your room :)

The front desk reception is fast to check in, and I was given a free room upgrade, which is great. I went to the convention center next to the hotel to attend a meeting. It was raining outside. The front desk saw that I didn't bring an umbrella ☔, and gave me an umbrella for free. The service was considerate

GGuest UserWhen you come to Changsha, you must choose one near Wuyi Square! My friends and I selected a lot of stores on Blue Software, and finally chose this store with good reviews and no bad reviews for the time being, and the price for a family room is only 400 yuan! It's suitable for two people to live in! The first floor is still being renovated and the environment is a bit dirty. The front desk is on the fifth floor, just go up there. We arrived at the hotel around 12 o'clock and were able to check in. There was fruit in the room. The place and environment were larger and cleaner than expected. And it's really convenient to get in and out. We always walk directly when we go out. The hotel customer service staff is very good and answers all questions. If you ask her before where you want to go, she can give you direct answers. But in a tourist city like Changsha, it can really be said that it never sleeps. When we went to bed at around 12 o'clock, we still heard the bustling noise outside, but it was okay and did not affect our rest. Maybe the hotel only has the fifth floor and the first floor. There is no noise from upstairs and the soundproofing is satisfactory. Needless to say, the service is really great. I must come here again next time I travel to Changsha!

GGuest UserI said I was a blind selection, but the kids said that this is not a blind selection. It is really good. It saves 10 minutes 🦶 of the blog. Just eat, it can't be too late.
The entrance to the subway station is just downstairs, so you can travel however you want, very convenient.
Having said that, I brought two and a half boys, one big man, four people may be a little crowded, I wanted to upgrade, but the men all refused, saying that they just take a bath and sleep, think about it, there is a washing machine and refrigerator in the room, Hygiene is also okay, because I am too tired to play, I have not experienced the projection, and the overall sleeping comfort is not bad, but the sensor light is more sensitive, it lights up when I move, I can’t see the light yet, I wake up when I see the light
The first day I took a shower and found that the floor drain was not good. Fortunately, it was resolved quickly. The hotel should pay more attention to this routine inspection~

GGuest Usermy room is facing airport at day time you can hear the take off and landing noise but I think is acceptable. But good thing the window is doubles door and at night the airport is less flight, so no problems to me.
One of the receptionist M/s 曹敏 is very helpful and friendly. I am appreciate her services to me.
