After much hesitation, I decided to choose this place. The reason is that my family recommended that the service here is very good. I hired Butler Chen Zheng. It is no exaggeration to say that it is better than the international five-star hotel. It is a heartfelt review. There were a lot of people at breakfast. They also asked us about our meal. We came to the restaurant and brought a fruit plate to the room. We also waited in the room for luggage storage and check-out. It was perfect. Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The manager 小高 Xiao Gao went above and beyond to make our honeymoon trip special. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the ayi who cleaned our room she was lovely. The facilities are great, we used the gym and laundromat. The breakfast is worth paying the extra money for. One of my best hotel experiences ever!

The only thing is that the daily hygiene of the extended guests is sloppy and needs to be improved. The front desk service was very good. I booked rooms under three different names. On the day of check-in, I received three calls to confirm the check-in information. During our stay, there was a front desk staff member named Xiao Min who was very good. Because we checked out at 5.30 in the morning and could not make time for breakfast, we coordinated to handle the breakfast issue. We received her message on the way back and arranged for courier delivery even if we left the charger behind. The invoice was arranged for me one day in advance. The service is excellent! In addition, it is convenient to travel. There is a subway just 10 meters away, so it is very convenient to go anywhere. There is a night market and milk tea bakery across the road. Very convenient

I love this hotel. The room is spacious, well arranged and clean. The room has a very good ambience and feel. The bed soft and comfy. The service is apt and timely, and the staff very helpful. The location is very convenient, close to the main road so easy to get a taxi or catch a bus and also a walkable distance to the subway station.
