房間很滿意，入住也很迅速，服務熱情有温度，洗漱乾濕分離，洗漱用品都是比較好的，早餐豐富，早餐味道是真的好，服務人員態度好好，我推薦這家酒店，離梅溪湖近，離二環線近交通方便，步行距離可以到地鐵金星路站，總體是很滿意！有機會還會來住

第一次來長沙入住萬豪旗下的品牌酒店，酒店是那種暖色調，給人很温馨的感覺，房間簡潔明瞭，很乾凈，衞生間寬敞明亮，全部都是落地玻璃，窗外就可以看到街景，今天長沙下起了雨，外面很冷，但是房間內很温暖，早餐精緻明瞭，明檔的粉很好吃，結合了長沙的特色，下次還會來長沙，也會繼續住這裏！

這次從北京自駕到廣州，回來路過長沙選擇這家酒店真是太滿意了，酒店是萬豪旗下的品質很好。衞生特別乾淨，床品也舒服。前台小劉主動給我們升級了江景房，還送了一大一小的早餐。感恩！

淋浴室不是防滑地磚，居然不配防滑墊，小孩摔了一跤哭慘了，本來水壓不夠浴室冷得要死，洗完之後服務員才找出來一張迷你防滑墊送過來，然而當晚的男前台態度生硬冷漠，毫無服務意識，這是最讓人接受不了，白天的女生明顯態度比他好多了！
房間很小很侷促，還噴了很難聞的空氣清新劑，還剩兩天，連夜退訂了。

設施：房間內沒有內外開的窗户 特別的悶 空調衹有製冷 沒有換氣 建議安裝獨立排風的系統 建議配備機器人服務員 收取東西每次都要下樓取 電視沒有網絡 不能投屏 感覺酒店的整體都在降成本 洗漱用具一般 拖鞋特別的滑 好幾次差點摔倒 洗手間的地面 衹要有水必會滑 早餐種類較少 沒有什麼本地特色 餛燉幾乎是每家酒店早餐都會的 建議也帶上 水果切的太潦草了
環境：臨湖邊 周圍比較安靜 出行打車 周圍綠化覆蓋面積較多
衞生：進入大堂後上電梯的路有異味 酒店裡沒有配備香氛機 客房裡走廊裏異味大 房間內也多少有些異味
服務：唯一略好的地方 就是服務還行

設施：新開業酒店，但沒有智能化體驗，空調中央管控，過年期間温度驟升，在房間裏無法開窗，下午窒息感很強
衞生：整體衞生不錯，沒有肉眼可見的不乾淨
環境：依山傍水，可以欣賞梅溪湖旁美景，停車非常方便，適合自駕家庭
