My wife and I spent 4 nights in this hotel in Oct., 2024 and liked it very much. Great Service, clean environment, professional staffs and convenient location made our stay so enjoyable. I went to Changsha for the ***** New Year and returned to this hotel again, and had great time during my stay. The front desk staff Lily(唐明）is such a wonderful lady who is always ready for her customer. She’s very patient and professional. She stepped further to help me in the gifts deliveries. The room was spacious and bright, very clean and the facilities were very new! The front desk staff was very good and gave advice on tourist routes and traffic. Except that it is a bit noisy by the elevated road, everything else is fine, but you are a problem for people who sleep with the window closed. Breakfast is not bad! Next time I go to Changsha, I should choose this West Bank hotel again.

Personally, I thought the breakfast was delicious. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it's convenient to take the bus. It's a bit of a walk from the subway station.

This hotel is rather far from Changsha Central. However, the neighbourhood a newly developed area with modern feel to it. We enjoyed staying at the hotel. It is luxurious and the food at the restaurant tasted delicious. The staffs offer good service too. It is worth the travel.
