I chose this hotel because I saw that it had an outstanding review score on Ctrip. 1. I contacted them in advance before check-in and added them on WeChat for easy arrival. Because the hotel is in an alley. The car cannot arrive directly. According to the instructions, we got off at No. 31 Mansion. The hotel arranged staff to pick us up and introduced the general area around the hotel along the way. It let me know where to go nearby The hotel is a very quiet place in a bustling city. The location is extremely convenient. The surrounding alleys and adjacent pedestrian streets, the subway is also within a 5-minute walk, and it is quite convenient to travel 2. The room we want is a high floor, the orientation is good in all aspects, the space is not very large, but it is enough to live in. The elevator is very special, there is no feeling of going up and down, and it will automatically open from time to time; 3. The service is pretty good, WeChat is also convenient for contact in all aspects. Because it is the first time to Changsha, the restaurant recommended to us is also very special; the hotel's breakfast is in the form of a set meal, and you can choose to send it to the room or the lobby; 4. Tried the hotel's travel photography, it took half an hour, and it was completed easily and happily, and the effect was not bad 5. After shopping during the day, I will habitually return to the hotel lobby to enjoy a glass of sparkling water and take a rest, so that the tired body and mind can recover quickly haha 6. The only suggestion is that there is no place to hang the bath towel after taking a shower. You would expect a 5 star hotel to be clean and provide excellent service… however we were disappointed especially after my friend recommended me to stay here since he was here a month ago. First thing I noticed was a wet floor after entering the guest lobby, thankfully they cleaned it after I told them. Second was our room was not clean, other than the basics like clean sheets and bathroom but the main table wasn’t wiped and they didn’t even vacuum the floor (especially the carpet) at check in and the day after. When we were checking in, the reception staff did not even inform us of how to access the wifi (maybe it is assumed to be common sense) nor did they let us know that we had late check out, had free mini bar soft drinks and we also had no welcome note (these small touches may seem minuscule since the TV says welcome however you would hope that an extra mile is taken at a great brand like JW Marriott). I hope these issues are able to be rectified for other guest, after all information and attentiveness is king in the service industry. The location is also not the most central but that is a personal preference given my short trip! I will have to give a special mention to the male receptionist that helped us a lot with our alipay, thank you again 😊

I came to Changsha for two days on the weekend. I searched for many B&B hotels on the platform and finally chose this one which is unique and very convenient to every area. The location is near Orange Island. Facilities: All the facilities are as shown in the picture, even better than the picture. The layout and floral style of the whole hotel are very carefully designed by a professional, and the visual experience is very relaxing. Hygiene: The sanitation of the room is very clean. I travel to many places every year. I have stayed in many five-star and six-star black truffle B&Bs. It is ranked among the top in terms of hygiene in details. Environment: The room is very large, and basically every room can see the view Service: We came early, and the hotel room had not been checked out yet, so we could only put the luggage and go out to play first. When we came back, we were informed that the room type had been upgraded, and there was also a special group service. The information was replied in seconds, which was very good. In addition, I would like to praise the aunt who served us rice noodles during breakfast. She was very polite and kind. I felt very happy to work here, and the guests staying in the hotel could also be infected, so the experience was very good. There is also a lakeside for afternoon tea outdoors, which is so relaxing. You can spend the whole day here drinking a pot of tea without going out. Very suitable for workers to relax on weekends I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. Our stay as a family of four had been extremely pleasant. Whilst it goes without saying that the hotel was beautifully designed with artistic touches even in the rooms, the aspect that impressed us the most was the attention to details the staff had. They were extremely helpful, always looking out for you even before you realising you needed help. It’s the little things that count- like the staff helping with our heavy heavy suitcases all the way to the main road (our taxi wasn’t able to get into the small alleyway) even when it was raining; remembering that my mom doesn’t eat beef, packing our favourite fruits for us to bring on our next journey. With service as impeccable as this, we felt at ease during our stay here and can’t wait to be back if we’re visiting Changsha again! (special shoutout to Ms. 柯, you have been very helpful and we appreciate your help!)

The hotel is very grand and has a good location, close to the scenic spot. It's just that the security guard at the door is a bit stubborn. When the car stopped at the door to drop off passengers on rainy days, he kept saying ”You can't park here, a leader will come soon”! It was the third day of the Chinese New Year, and I was in a bad mood! Fortunately, after entering the lobby, the front desk was very enthusiastic, with smiles, tone, gifts and room upgrades, which made people feel relieved! The room is large, with a balcony and bathtub, sufficient heating, and comfortable bedding! It would be perfect if the TV could cast the screen on the phone! There are many varieties of breakfast, and rice noodles are a must. But the child ticket supplement of 98 yuan/person is too expensive!
