Sheraton by it's name is reliable, value for money, did not encountered any communication difficulties, perhaps able to speak local language.

Fantastic concierge service. Proximity to food and beverage options nearby, as well as a huge shopping mall just beside the hotel.

The hotel is very new and has a good location in the high-tech zone. There is a large shopping mall downstairs, which is very lively. The hotel itself is very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the hotel service is also very attentive. Thanks to the housekeeper Cathy, who contacted the needs in advance and helped to delay the check-out. I will stay here again if I have the chance.

Came here for a meeting and booked the most basic room type. Facilities: The room is clean and bright, not old at all. Hygiene: Very clean and tidy. Service: The hotel also called in advance to inquire about the guests' needs. I forgot my clothes in the room, and I contacted the hotel in the evening. In less than ten minutes, I received feedback information and the courier number for SF Express. Chloe at the front desk and the housekeeper Zero responded quickly and provided great service. The hotel is great, the service is really attentive, and the price-performance ratio is super high.

It is on the edge of Changsha city, far away from the high-speed rail station. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The breakfast is quite rich.

The front desk service was very good when checking in. Thank you Xiao Cai and Wang Min for the introduction. It was my first time in Changsha and I was not very familiar with it. It is also very close to the subway and it is convenient to go anywhere. There is a shopping mall and a night market behind it.

The price of the hotel room is very affordable and cost-effective! I checked in late and was helped to upgrade to a suite, which gave me a comfortable and pleasant stay. The housekeeper team Cathy was kind and enthusiastic in service, and the overall feeling was very good

The room was very clean and considerate. They even arranged a clothes drying rack when they saw the laundry. Especially Miss Wang Min, she was always very nice, very gentle, and had strong executive ability. When she heard it was my birthday, she didn't have time to send a cake, but she immediately arranged fruit and sparkling water, making me feel at home while traveling abroad. It was also this service that allowed me to stay for 7 consecutive days in just half a month!
