Amazing hotel. The doorman went above and beyond to assist us by taking our luggage’s to the room and explaining what facilities are available in the hotel and what is good to eat. The room itself was good, although the air conditioning was not working and we could hear the neighbours talking from our room.

Facilities: All very new
Hygiene: Very clean
Environment: The only downside is that the smell is a bit strong, but it has been three years. I contacted them and they provided me with a new air purifier.
Service: A good breakfast. A little less food but good quality? The butter with the bread is unsalted and too light.

I chose this hotel when I came to Changsha for the first time. It is very close to the subway station. The hotel facilities are very high-end and spacious. There are many kinds of breakfast. 200 meters downstairs is Cha Yan Yue Se and there are very delicious stinky tofu. Next time I have a chance to come to Changsha again, I will choose this hotel

The hotel has a different world on each floor. We stayed in a Japanese-style room. The breakfast room is a bit small, and you may not be able to find a seat when there are many people, but the dishes are not bad, and the beef noodles are delicious.
