The front desk guy provided good service. It was very late at night and I hadn't eaten, but he still prepared milk and snacks. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement. It was quiet and comfortable. He also arranged a station drop-off service. The front desk service of this hotel was really attentive and thoughtful. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha. Thumbs up for you
