Before our arrival the hotel staff called to confirm our stay. Thereafter they contacted via WeChat to ask if we needed any help, they recommended places to eat and sites to visit. They were super helpful. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

Although not the best value for money, it's a very clean and spacious hotel.
The only negative I'd say would be noisy air-conditioning which makes it difficult to sleep and the view from the 21st floor (room 2122) wasn't good.

A very well kept established hotel with large room , clean, impressive toiletries ( Appelles brand ), excellently located to main tourist spots.Though Changsha is a place full of wonderful food ( chilli drenched fish head), there is a McDonald next door (just in case). The hotel staff also very polite and very kind in giving us free goodies bag ( full of local famous Hunan snacks) and by booking with Trip.com, was offered free most famous Local Bubble tea Cha Yan Yue Se 茶颜悦色 delivered to room. Thank you
