I called quickly, and the front desk said that I would come over immediately to deal with it, but no one came. Fortunately, the cleaning aunt came over and quickly changed our place for us. If I hadn't come all the way, I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to use them all to persuade myself to stay. Finally, I left the next day. At twelve o'clock, I called the front desk to send a car to pick it up, but I called three times, all saying that I wanted to send a car, but I couldn't wait. The scenic spot is very distinctive, and the photos are very good. But many venues require additional fees. Where can I go in 20 minutes? I was hungry at night and had no place to eat. There was no food in the western restaurant at 8:30. What's more, the design of the room is unreasonable. When the door is opened, the toilet man just hits it when he comes out, and there is a wardrobe at the door!

The hotel environment is really nothing to say, it's great! Just in the small town, it is also very convenient to play in the small town, especially suitable for punching in and taking pictures. The waiters in the hotel and the town staff were very patient and enthusiastic, guiding us to the room. The room style is also very comfortable, and the air conditioner is very comfortable. The price in the small town is also reasonable, about 38 for cumin beef rice bowl, and 12 for hand-made lemon tea. There are also a few things worth complaining about: one is the hotel + pick-up and parking package bought on Ctrip. I regret it. The so-called pick-up and parking means taking you from the outer parking lot to the gate of the town, about 200 meters away, and calling at the beginning After waiting for a long time, there was no one, and finally told us to walk to the entrance of the underground parking lot. The reason given was that we could not get off the underground garage when picking up the parking lot. I don’t want to pick us up) But the attitude of the guy who picks up the parking lot is very good. I still think it is better to buy the package of hotel + Venice tribute boat, which is much more cost-effective, and it is really a bit tricky to pick up and park. The second is the hotel's breakfast, which is really unpalatable. Donuts that can't be chewed + tomatoes with a little taste + corn that is not very ripe, it is hardly edible. Babies don't like to eat, it really needs to be improved, it doesn't match the accommodation too much. The third is the six main projects, which are really not as high-quality as the check-in and flash-mob activities. The film workshop and Da Vinci's secret room are powerless to complain. They are just some vr that no one plays and the lowest kind of secret room (and A lot of equipment in the secret room is insensitive and broken). When I went there, Pinocchio didn't play in the weekly inspection, so I don't know how the quality is. Horror mansion heard that all black did not dare to play. How about Marco Polo's Travels? The npcs said it was very good-looking, but after reading it, they felt that it was not as good-looking as expected. The strange plot and the acrobatics were a bit disappointing. There are also two programs, The Lie Club and The Great Magician. I can’t complain. I can understand that the designers want to integrate the element of magic into the town, but I personally think it’s really ugly. They are all old-fashioned magic. The audience wasn't very interested in watching it (the magician is great, but it's really not good to watch). Overall, the town and hotel staff are very welcoming and responsible. However, the quality of some programs does need to be improved, and I hope to listen to the voices of the guests more. I wish the town and the hotel will be better and better together.
