又來城市便捷酒店了，非常不錯，性價比很高。酒店在湖南中醫葯大學對面，樓下就是小吃街，非常便利，晚上也不會很吵，很滿意。

前台很隨意，態度傲慢，不專業。手機號碼至少説了四遍她才寫對，早餐券也不知道給，無線密碼讓我挨個試。問續房價格，她説你從哪訂的在哪看，難道你前台不能續房麼？加強培訓和管理吧！

服務態度不好，住着第二天還升價了，上午還有電話給我確認是否繼續住，我明確繼續住，但都未告知我有升價，直到中午去補交費用時 ，告知我升價了，酒店應在問我是否繼續住時應該告知我已升價，然而沒有告知
