Bad review from the front desk. It was around 10 pm on March 20, 2024. The service at the front desk was too bad. Every time I come to Changsha, I stay at your house. When ordering takeout, the delivery person is not allowed to go upstairs and the robot is delivered. There is enough space downstairs. It took more than 20 minutes and almost half an hour to deliver it upstairs. The delivery man who was more than 10 kilometers away delivered it in more than half an hour.
