前台小唐服務熱情，有問題及時迴應，關鍵對客人高度信任，沒按金，退房手續簡單！客房性價比高，客房設施真是麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，給人一種到家的感覺！

幾年前陪朋友玩住過一次，那時候也是因為兩個人帶個小孩需要兩張大床。前台從一樓搬到了14樓，公寓地理位置而言，這個價錢真的是性價比超高。首先要贊下酒店的服務，我們12點多少少到達，前台説房空出來了，給我們提前入住了，然後攜程可以免費延期到2點退房正好幫到我們，因為那天凌晨小朋友突然發燒了，正好用上了延遲退房。前台服務非常好，入住的時候加了微信，有問必答，凌晨2點多小朋友發燒，留言問前台有沒體温計也是秒回，還説給我們送到房間，前台小唐贊一個。需要吐槽的是中央空調的噪音真的有點大呢，浴室小點設施舊點這些跟它價錢和位置空間比都是小事。樓下傍晚開始會有夜市一條街。早上溜達看到家八角亭還是啥的麪館，打包個粉自己用一次性杯子配了點料還蠻好吃的。幾年前早餐是走去劉聾子吃的也不錯。

設施：房間環境很好，給我們安排在的是高樓層，可以看見五一廣場的夜景，非常nice！房間裏設施也很齊全！應有具有！
服務：前台小唐的服務態度很好，很貼心，有什麼問題都可以及時回覆和解決！
位置 : 酒店離五一廣場很近，附近就是地鐵站，出行十分方便，周圍吃飯的商鋪也很多，前台小姐姐也很好的介紹了長沙的旅遊景點以及美食推薦！！！👍🏻🏨
下次來長沙旅遊的話，還是會選擇這一家酒店🏨的！！！

原本是訂的三晚 第一天入住並不開心！可能是因為很多年公寓了 設施方面比較破…房間味道沒通風好 以及下水道問題吧？屋內味道很大 很難聞 一晚上沒睡好 後面一大早就跟前台反饋了 看後面兩個晚上能不能換個房間住 有效溝通後前台小唐馬上給我解決換房-升級房間了 就是圖三的粉貓主題。 我還是蠻推薦大家下次可以考慮下她們家粉貓主題的房間 真的還不錯！當時我還在補覺 男朋友先理東西去房間了 看到的時候還挺驚訝這個房間可可愛愛 無異味。 有一點問題就是冰箱好像不能用 唉（我也懶得跟前台反饋 嫌麻煩 下次你們可以自己檢查下哈）
哦對了！ 她們家有提供洗衣液 前台小唐給我送上來 解決了我臭衣服的事 蟹蟹！
簡而言之 你們可以參考下 性價比還行 前台服務都很好 第一天還上來幫我們修WiFi 無所不能的小唐！打掃衞生的阿姨也很和藹 反正我覺得除了公寓硬件不行 剩下那些軟件（服務衞生）都蠻不錯的。
所以我一共住了五天四夜~ 前台還給了一份旅遊手冊打卡（南方小土豆已參考了一部分）
長沙這個城市真不錯！

房間挺寬敞，也沒有發現有不乾淨的地方，到哪也都挺方便。就是房間門實在不好打開，雖然前台也提前告知了哈哈哈，而且馬桶蓋有點快壞了還是怎麼樣

本來訂單在14層，感覺樓層比較低，就聯繫前台唐小姐，把你能調整樓層高度，很快就辦妥了！22樓，陽台直接正對五一廣場！小唐人長得漂亮，而且服務熱情，非常棒哦
忘記拍照了 設施齊全，一家3口住大床房都沒問題！
