The guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic and can take the initiative to introduce the location of the room, which is very considerate! The room is very big, and there is a clear smell of disinfectant when you enter the door. It makes you feel at ease😍😍😍. Highly recommended!

有史以來住的最差的高檔型酒店，1.管理混亂，兩部酒店專用電梯明明寫的最高到15層，但是能到23層（非酒店樓層），等電梯等了半個多小時。2.房間設施非常舊，顯得特別臟。感覺酒店比我歲數都大。3.房間竟然沒有USB充電口。4，床頭只有一個插座口。5，空調開了2個小時一直吹的冷風，確定沒設定錯。6，開了20多分鐘水龍頭，從沒有水，到都是氣，最後是腥臭的黃色水

是住過的體驗感最差的一個酒店，沒有之一，也影響了我對長沙的印象😅酒店整體屬於復古類型，感受不到智能化！！！😁😁1.房間內的燈主要是射燈，沒有大燈，沒有主燈，整體感覺是昏暗的，是昏沉的2.房間內不能一鍵開燈/關燈，插房卡之後也是不能一鍵開燈，以至於晚上睡覺前像尋寶似的一個一個找開關，一個一個關燈，等到白天了又一個一個找開關開燈3.雙人間床頭只有一個插座，衹能輪流使用，但凡多加一個插座都好呀4.電梯處寫着10樓有洗衣房，實際上沒有5.房間內感覺很冷，開空調的話又很吵，衹能是要麼吵要麼冷第一次給差評，唉，服務啥的都正常，主要是這設施太落後了，衹能説朋友們避雷吧

房間整體還算滿意，出門走個10分鐘左右就是地鐵。但是房間竟然還有上鎖的櫃子，讓人看着不舒服。整體沐浴露和洗髮水是小瓶子裝着，質感很差。也沒有香皂託。感覺達不到4星的標準。但價格在國慶也算便宜。下次應該不會去住了。
