The front desk service is very nice. You can get your stuff delivered right away after making a phone call. However, the hotel's facilities are too old. The sink and TV sets are quite old. The shower head is not hot enough. The bed sheets are torn and the mattress has stains. It is recommended that the hotel's facilities be repaired.
