瘋狂加班疲倦一整週，趕着晚上高鐵來到人生地不熟的長沙。準備下高鐵就接到前台小姐姐貼心致電進行交通指引；進地鐵很容易找到；一到被告知免費升級了，且有用心記下了我備註囑咐的無煙安靜房，那一瞬間，心情治癒了一些。 房間乾淨衞生，吃着宵夜看着投影大屏的電影很解壓。地頭方便，不論宵夜外賣，還是第二天出行，中場折回休整都很方便。有種中心點，可四處走動。前台小姐姐也很耐心的給我推薦。 因為房間太舒適，躺着看看搞笑綜藝，很慵懶，都直接放棄出門看夜景或跟人家擠或排隊打卡好吃的，直接外賣。 推薦，下次來願意再續訂

優點：五一廣場步行10分鐘以內，前台小姐姐温柔有耐心。 缺點：1.隔音極差，樓上走路聲音，隔壁洗澡關門聲，走廊説話聲。凌晨2點沒結束，早上6點開始吵。不是睡覺死沉，別選。 2.酒店在一棟老樓裏，整棟樓全部都是酒店，見圖二。朵蘭達衹是15層，一共兩個電梯，破舊臟且慢，等待時間長沒涼風。 3.酒店房間小，昏暗。走廊和房間都有尿騷味。房間牆壁有玻璃，到處是劃痕，灰塵。 4.房間床單枕頭有污漬，應該是無法洗乾淨。床沒有床頭（雙床房），衹有床架。床墊沒有承重力。 總結，避雷。絕對不會再入住

因為離景點近直接定了3天，入住當天廁所的垃圾就沒有收走當時心裏是有受影響的，隔音很差，隔壁在講話都聽的一清二楚，和前台反映前台回覆説有那麼誇張嗎？讓他們自己到房間來聽才提醒隔壁的人，電梯也很擁擠，本來是不想給差評的，入住第二天下雨房間漏雨滴滴答答的，要求換個房間被告知沒有房間了，説點兩杯茶顏悦色做補償，後續也忘了這個小插曲，因為一晚上都沒有睡好，然後返程路上收到前台消息説返一點下午茶説抱歉，但是前提是要我先給五星好評才可以？？？這個不是變相的好評返現嗎？酒店的硬件設施有問題補償客户一點費用我可以接受，但是前提是五星好評了以後才有，好評不是要入住的人真心覺得可以才可以嗎？我是感覺到pua和道德綁架，因為我也不是差那50還是100的人，反正這個服務態度我是接受不來

有點歷史的大樓裏藏龍卧虎了很多家酒店。我預訂的就是其中一家。酒店周邊很熱鬧，吃喝玩樂一應俱全。酒店內部環境清幽，氛圍很好。服務人員和打掃的阿姨都很熱情親切。缺點也是有的，酒店的接待前台在15樓，然後我住的房間在5樓。服務方面不是很方便，還需要加酒店微信，給酒店留言才可以。房間內也沒有電話。和酒店聯繫全靠微信。客房衞生打掃也不是很乾凈，地上還有上任房客留下的牙膏蓋子、頭髮。然後就是酒店所處的大樓內的電梯衹有兩部，而且載重量衹有7個人，每次一到上下午的高峯時間段就不得不等好久好久，基本等待時間10分鐘起步……這點真的很拉垮。
