First time giving a bad review. Reasons: 1. The room decoration and facilities are too old. Basically, they are at the level of the 1990s. 2. The elevators are small and few, and you have to change elevators to get to the underground parking lot. The passage from the underground parking lot to the elevator room is shabby. 3. The parking lot is shared with the restaurant in the backyard of the office building, and the parking space is tight, especially the underground parking lot is dark and narrow. Pictures speak louder than words. Finally, remind you to choose carefully!!!

I stayed in Changsha for three consecutive nights. I felt very good. The transportation is convenient. It is not far from May Day Square, Du Fu Jiangge, and Orange Island. Although the weather has been bad and rainy these days, the hotel is very comfortable. The service staff, especially the front desk guy, are very enthusiastic. The cleaning lady cleans very well. The most amazing thing is that there are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is great! I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

The room facilities are complete, the breakfast is good, and the parking is quite convenient (just in the backyard). The service is warm, and a complimentary breakfast is provided. When driving out of the hotel, the access control system failed, and the property management staff helped coordinate. Vienna's location in various cities is generally good. The problem that needs to be improved is that the name of the store is easy to be mistaken (the actual name of the store is not obvious and is inconsistent with the name posted online, and there are many hotels with similar names in Changsha).
