酒店設施齊全，前台旁邊有洗衣機可以免費使用，房間乾淨整潔，落地窗老闆還貼心準備了晾衣桿不得不説很方便，住得很舒適。

大家千萬避雷,酒店非常差勁,剛剛進去在房間內發現很久之前的葡萄皮,想着衞生沒有搞乾淨算了懶得説了,睡了一晚第二天早上去洗澡在浴室發現了很多蟑螂,這個屬於安全衞生問題了,非常惱火,當即就穿好衣服下樓退房,退房後聯繫了攜程,攜程找商家,商家那邊拒不理睬,給我們就是一種發現蟑螂也無所謂,沒什麼關係的感覺,完全沒有態度可言,後面我們找到12315投訴後,商家才來加我wx,打着商量賠償的名號,在我説出了賠償的要求後又不再回復消息。

非常滿意，在長沙，還是離地鐵不怎麼遠的位置可以找到這樣的酒店不錯，酒店工作人員很任性，服務態度也好，早餐也多元化。小朋友還自己動手做煎雞蛋。房間環境衞生也不錯，洗衣晾曬還比較方便。

房間比較暗，衞生一般，衞生間比較小，就是在這附近辦事，方便一點，前台在樓上，一個大廈有好幾家那種，總之這個價位説得過去而已
