老闆耐心周到，預訂完房間就有聯繫告知入住方式，還有出站坐車路線。房間環境乾淨整潔，而且衞生間是有風暖的，冬天就不會那麼冷了，洗漱用品，吹風機都有。

客服態度特別好，感覺這個價算是性價比很不錯的了，我個人比較喜歡蹲廁，如果有喜歡坐廁的小夥伴注意一下哈，總體來説還是可以的。

服務很好，溝通熱情周到，因為睡覺輕，店家還專門給準備了睡眠耳塞。屋子不大，但非常乾淨，而且還給準備了酒精噴瓶，必須好評，因為是一門3房的格局，所以隔音稍差。

位置離高鐵站不遠，地鐵站500米左右，樓下各種飯店。房間雖然不大，但是乾淨衞生，該有的都有，自住入住也很方便，老闆服務熱情。長沙很美。
