We stayed at Park Hyatt Changsha and had an excellent experience. The hotel is comfortable. Although it is located in the downtown area, the environment is quiet and the privacy is very good. The staff training is in place, especially Emily and Dalton in the guest relations department. The service is considerate and the scale is just right. The river view comes with Orange Island, but you can only see part of it. The whole day city view is unobstructed. The night view is also good. Facilities: The new hotel facilities in 2024 are very new. The shower in the room is 37 degrees. The design is also very good, especially the swimming pool. The brothers on the fourth floor are very diligent. You can also see the hotel manager asking guests for their opinions at any time. The front desk check-in is also very fast and troublesome. A slight change is that the check-out deposit will be returned after 12 hours. Everything else is very good. The room has an air purifier, and there is the latest charging interface. The occupancy rate of the hotel was relatively low on the day of check-in, so the experience was very top-notch. The hotel's 4F concierge Kris was very professional. He carried the luggage from the car, gave the guests luggage tags, accompanied them to the elevator entrance, and informed the front desk of the floor. When I arrived at the L floor and got out of the elevator, there were staff to guide and accompany me to the front desk to check in. After checking in, he personally accompanied me to the room to introduce me to the facilities in the room, the layout of the room, and the corresponding scenery outside the window, and answered many questions. The hardware facilities in the room are very complete, and the response to the call to replenish the supplies is also very timely. The hotel's breakfast is great. I personally like the semi-buffet style. The quality of the fruits used in the restaurant and the guest room is very, very high. The only downside is that you can still smell a faint smell of formaldehyde in the public area and the hotel's exclusive lockers are on the LG2 floor, so you need to ask for directions. It's not easy to find them by yourself. Overall, this Park Hyatt is in line with Park Hyatt's traditional high standards in terms of catering/room hardware and software. At the same time, it has achieved some high-level service quality that other Park Hyatts do not have, and the location is also very good. The most satisfying thing is that you can overlook the Xiangjiang River from the room. The scenery is so beautiful! The hotel environment is satisfactory and the service is thoughtful. The breakfast guide was seated and helped to order food. The service was thoughtful and considerate. The only drawback was that the breakfast category was limited. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha!
