整體還可以，房間夠大，有窗，床也夠大1.35米。離地鐵站也很近，800米左右，一號線馬廠地鐵站附近。

電梯需要刷卡到樓層，也還是相對安全。
隔音確實一般。
房間空間可以的，衞生不算差，畢竟也是有這麼多年的了，可以接受，但是沙發稍有味道。
電視沒網絡。
總體來説不是要求很高的我覺得可以接受。

這個酒店非常方便，離馬廠地鐵站很近，下面就有購物廣場，吃飯在樓下有很多飯店，位置方便。看過點評才訂的，到了酒店後真的沒有失望 前台小姐姐服務態度也很不錯，房間衞生環境也不錯👍，希望繼續保持，酒店性價比超高、以後出差還會選擇！優點： 服務很好 每天多要兩瓶水 也沒加錢 外部小賣部 水果店 商超非常近 很方便 1、酒店位置很容易找到。 2、地下停車場停車非常方便。 3、樓下能吃飯，附近有地鐵站，去五一廣場和黃興步行街不需要換乘。

説實話，這個酒店是我有史以來住得最貴的一次，盡然達到了500多，漲了近一倍。但是這個酒店在附近來説是性價比比較高的一家店。除了名字有點老氣，房間也比較大，床也比較大，附近的麗楓，房間雖然大，但是整棟樓太大了，從房間到一樓要走很遠，附近的維也納，價格高不説，房間一般大小，但床很小。然後7天優品也可以，就是星級不一樣，停車要靠搶。所以説這個酒店性價比還是挺高的。每次入住，我看到這個酒店名字就想起來老闆應該是個父輩級人物。裝修大氣。就是酒店名字有點老氣。希望我這個老客户入住，以後能給個會員價格

優點： 服務態度很好 每天多要兩瓶水 也沒加錢
外部小賣部 水果店 商超非常近 很方便
缺點： 隔音很差 走廊人説話聽得很清楚 很影響休息
衞生條件大面還過得去 但是傢俱設備的衞生還需加強
