overall we like the hotel. nice room and facilities. good breakfast. However, it needs improvement on cleanliness. when checking in, we found a cigarette butt in the bathroom on our non-smoking room. probably from the previous guest. Nice staff. even they barely speak english but they do try to help on our questions and requests.

Overall not bad.
Facilities: There is a small refrigerator in the room, which is very useful in Changsha at 38℃ today. It can be used to refrigerate yogurt and drinks.
Cleanliness: I stayed for four nights in total. I chose "please clean up immediately" before going out and the room was cleaned every day. After staying for two days, the beds were changed as required.
