A great hotel with wonderful staff who are ever ready to help their guests. We were there for the May Day 2024 holiday and the staff gave us specific details about the places to visit, including the restaurants that we frequented in a shopping mall that was about 900m away.
The King Standard room was spacious and clean. It was well maintained by courteous housekeepers who would always make it a point to greet their guests.
I would definitely stay in this hotel the next time I visit Changsha.

Helpful, friendly front desk staff, new room with great aeration and comfortable bed. Bonus points were their in-house laundry services and accessibility to Datang metro station (Line 5), shopping malls, morning market, yummy eateries. Highly recommended to travellers staying in Yuhua.

Hotel gave us free upgrade to bigger room. Room is very spacious and comfortable. Have a good time resting in the room after our tiring walking trip around Zhangjiajie, Furong and Fenghuangguzhen. Staff at lobby and cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shopping mall within walking distance. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we plan to visit Changsa again as we did not explore around Changsa due to very hot weather.

A new hotel located about 5km from Changsha South High Speed Rail Station, easily mixed up with another Holiday Inn Express located at the station. Facilities are new and good, although the room lacked a safe. The reception was very friendly. On day of departure, they were able to suggest different alternatives to get to my desired location in a timely manner. Overall a hugely positive experience.
