Rooms are very spacious, quality of service are amazing ! Even the housekeepings are well trained! Best hotel I had experienced ever in Changsha, indeed will be visiting again !
Moreover mini bars are free of charge, all my needs are fulfilled , a great satisfaction I had through out this trip!

First of all, I would like to commend every colleague who has served me at this hotel. Each and every one of them has genuinely provided exceptional service to the customers, ensuring that I had three comfortable nights both physically and mentally.
Lastly, the hotel facilities were excellent. For future visits, I suggest providing bathtub liners. The location is actually very convenient, right by Exit 1 of Meixi Lake West Station on Line 2. As soon as you reach the surface, turn right (there is currently a construction site), and it's just a 3-minute walk. When you step out of the hotel on the ground floor and turn right, there is a FamilyMart convenience store across the street. Line 2 can take you to all the major attractions in the city center. It's perfect!

Seeing many recommendations online, I decided to experience this relatively new Hotel Indigo. I paid to upgrade to a lake view room based on the recommendation when I checked in, and I was not disappointed. The lake view is particularly good, and the room is bigger. Snacks and drinks in the minibar in the room are free, which is very considerate. I also experienced the hotel's swimming pool before checking out. The overall area is not large, but it is very unique. In short, I would like to thank the hotel staff for their enthusiasm, especially Miss Rosy who helped me check in at the front desk.

When I entered the room, I felt very warm. The room temperature was just right and it was very clean. Most of the fatigue disappeared. I haven't slept for more than 10 hours for a long time. The bed was very comfortable and the hardness was just right. I stayed for two nights this time. I think I will still choose InterContinental Hotels Group as always next time I come.
