房間雖然有點小但乾淨整潔，臨街房間也不是很吵，樓下大廳有洗衣機和烘乾機，就是排隊等候時間較長

入住時，前台勸説升級會員。升不升級是我們自己的事，沒有選擇升級會員。就給了一個挨着電梯的大床房，訂單之前就備註過遠離電梯，不知道這是不是沒選擇升級會員的代價。

房間衞生挺好的，還送了小零食，前台工作人員和打掃衞生的大姐都很好，就是這次房間靠馬路和電梯，有點吵，前台小姐姐説幫我們換，但是天天一大早就出去玩，就沒有換，整體還是很滿意的。

酒店位於梅溪湖東地鐵站，走路700米，約12分鐘。
樓下就有一家牛肉麪店。吃飯，交通都特別方便。
酒店有自助洗衣房，提供洗衣液和烘乾服務，家庭出遊必備。有客人不自覺將內衣褲放入公共洗衣機，如果可能請貼出更明確告知提示，可改善服務體驗。

這一次真的是我自己主動點評，而且還差不多是求着點評（未退房的時候就想評論了）真的很滿意，我跟媽媽來長沙兩日遊！對酒店要求就是環境乾淨能休息好！這次內部很乾凈很新，但是房間內也沒有什麼新的味道！設施什麼的都很好！然後自助早餐來説也算滿意了，對於酒店自助早餐來説選擇算多了！！！之前住過其他連鎖，這是第一次入住漢庭，不錯不錯，希望所有漢庭都保持這個質量

酒店房間衞生乾淨，前台服務態度良好，非常適合全家出遊入住，而且這裏離地鐵2號線也較近，去嶽麓山挺方便的。

酒店位置有點偏，附近找吃的比較困難，前台服務熱情周到，房間比較寬敞，附近有地鐵站，這也是選擇這家酒店的原因。中間出了一點小插曲，圓滿解決了！店長人不錯！
