Xingsha Huatian Hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Its location is very convenient and the surrounding facilities are perfect. After entering the hotel, it was immediately moved by its cleanliness and refinement. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were advanced and complete, and it could fully meet my various needs. The service staff Xiao Wei is kind and kind, and the service is efficient and intimate, which makes me feel extremely warm. The public areas of the hotel are also well maintained, giving people a comfortable and relaxing feeling. I was not disappointed in the dining area, the quality and taste of the food were great. I really feel that this hotel is a great choice and will come again if I have a chance.

When we checked in, the front desk helped us upgrade the room to a suite, which was awesome! The Russian customers were all shocked hahaha! Hygiene: The hotel lobby and rooms are very clean. Service: The service is very thoughtful. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening, and the front desk lady reminded us to rest early~ Facilities: The design of the bathroom sliding door is very thoughtful, I like it very much. The tea set on the table is also very impressive~ It's a pity that the time for this business trip was relatively tight, so I couldn't experience all the facilities of the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha!
