It was a clean hotel and the rooms were quite comfortable after a long trip down from Shanghai. The staff were very efficient but were unable to provide the foreigners registration form that my school needed for my visa. I would highly recommend it though otherwise. Breakfast was very good! It was my first time in Changsha. I stayed at Ramada twice. I booked a standard room. The front desk saw that I was with my child and upgraded it to a parent-child room for free. They were very polite and gave my child a gift, which made my child very happy. The room was clean and tidy, and the service was very good and considerate. When I checked out and was going to the high-speed rail station, I was about to call a Didi taxi. The front desk asked if I had made an appointment for the station drop-off service. It was so considerate. I said I didn’t have an appointment, but it was still in time. She immediately called the driver. Fortunately, the driver happened to be there, so he took us to the high-speed rail station. The driver was very polite and took the initiative to help me put my suitcase. It was a really good accommodation experience. The only regret was that I didn’t know the name of the front desk and didn’t say thank you solemnly. I will call to thank her after I get home.
