This stay was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station nearby. There is a free parking lot on the underground first floor of the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is as soft as clouds, and the bathroom supplies are high-end brands. Detail-conscious people will be delighted! The gym and laundry room are also newly opened and the facilities are relatively new. The lady at the front desk, Xiao Zhou, has a super sweet smile. Not only did she check in quickly, but she also kindly recommended nearby delicacies. It makes people feel very friendly, the breakfast variety is rich, and the freshly made noodles taste very good. I will definitely choose this place next time I come here!

The stay was very comfortable and the service was good. It's about a 15-minute walk from Window of the World. The room was clean, with free mineral water, free disposable cotton mops and toothbrushes. Go downstairs and turn right for 100 meters, there is a street full of food and drinks. It's pretty good and not expensive.

As for the equipment, the TV can be updated, and please pay attention to the hygiene. Other things are OK, nothing special. Compared with the newly opened cultural and creative park Vienna next door, it is expensive. I can only say that the cost performance is not the best, but it is the closest to where I want to go, so I chose this one.

Secondly, the location is very close to the Colorful Box, only a 10-minute walk away, which is very convenient; Some facilities inside should be replaced, such as the moldy wallpaper in some corners, the electric kettle with a switch that doesn't work well, etc.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Because I am traveling with children, the smaller parent-child room can no longer meet the needs. The two 1.8 large beds really meet the needs. The room is very new, but there is no smell. I live on the 28th floor, overlooking the entire Moon Lake, and the view is very good ~ front desk The young lady is very beautiful and very enthusiastic. She recommended that we eat popsicles for free. Overall, it was great.

Go to Changsha to see the hotel set for the concert. It takes 8--10 minutes to walk from Malanshan subway station. It is very close to the duck shop subway station but the subway exit at the door is not open. It takes about 7-8 minutes to walk from other exits. The front desk lady is very good, arranged a high-floor room, even on the side of the road is not noisy, the room is clean and tidy, the light is good, the bathroom is fully equipped, there is a fully automatic toilet, and the air conditioning is also very good. Also presented coffee for free! Outside the window, you can directly see Hunan Radio and Television and Mango Hall, and the subway entrance of the duck shop is the studio of Mango TV recording programs.

Actually we really like the view. The front desk is really helpful, especially Milanyana. She gave us her WeChat if we have any questions or things to help, and even bought us ice creams first with her own money and didn't remind us to pay her back when we had trouble buying it through WeChat/Alipay. But for the smell of the toilet is so uncomfortable,it's like rotten smell, until I have to put a coffee to get rid of the smell. And the shower place is not convenient. After shower, Infront of the door is always full of water. Hope they can manage the problem,because it was a beautiful and nice place.

The hotel is in a good location, the service staff are very enthusiastic, the room is also very clean, and the breakfast has a full range of options. I stayed here with my friends and really liked it. I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha.

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.
