The interior of the hotel is very new and the service is great. Checked in on the evening of September 17th. The driver who arranged to pick us up was very enthusiastic, smiling and talkative. The beautiful woman on duty at the front desk at night was very nice and kind. The design of the room is good, the floor is clean and the lighting is bright. There is a food stall opposite the hotel, which is delicious and not expensive. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time 👍

來湖南旅遊，下了飛機很晚了所以選擇機場周邊酒店，有接送服務很方便，司機還給我們介紹酒店對面有宵夜吃，酒店有不錯的自助早餐，居住環境（特別香薰）也很滿意，酒店的工作人員都很熱情服務好，下次飛湖南還首選你們家，性價比真的超高的！

離開湖南最後一站前，給了我一個大大的big shark！
先説下酒店的好吧，酒店位置離機場不過10分鐘車程，酒店周圍有較多的餐廳和便利店，比較方便吃喝和買東西；酒店房間佈置的也挺像模像樣，設備齊全，應該是新裝修後的樣子。
這麼好的硬件卻敗給了很差勁的軟件服務上了！
1. 入住時，明顯在床頭靠枕上發現了長長的兩根頭髮（噁心🤢）！説明客房服務沒有盡心做到位！
2. 第二天一早下樓吃早飯（早餐廳在一樓），居然有其他住店客人在大堂明目張膽的成羣吸煙，弄得大堂煙霧繚繞，好不嗆人！我去找前台服務員提意見，前台服務員説她們不管客人在大堂吸煙的事（是怕得罪煙民客人嗎？！），我説你們酒店不是衹接待煙民吧！酒店前台旁邊的牆上明顯張貼着“禁止吸煙🚭”的標牌，而且，餐廳、電梯裏也都有貼這種告示牌，但是讓人匪夷所思的是，大堂的客桌上居然擺着煙灰缸！難道這家酒店的管理者這麼自相矛盾的做事嗎？！！！真的令人氣憤又驚訝！好好的挺乾淨的一間酒店，就這麼敗給了質量很差的服務上了！而且給員工灌輸的思想就是不用應該去勸説吸煙的客人不要在公共區域吸煙的義務和責任！這樣的酒店，不怕得罪討厭煙味的客人嗎？！！！不知道他們腦袋怎麼想的！反正我是不會再選擇這家酒店住宿了！！！
