I need a hotel nearby the airport to rest and refresh as my flight is at midnight and I had arrived in Changsha city at noon. Found good review and of Yicheng Hotel which is just 2 stations away from the airport Metro (Line 6). However it takes about 15 mins to walk from the Dalucun Station but the best thing is the hotel staff offer free transfer to airport! The hotel room is very new, clean and beautiful deco. Toilet is in excellent condition and the toiletries are good. It was a great place to refresh and very friendly staffs to make my day.

The passage carpets smells a little off, the room was pretty decent though they was only one toilet paper, signing in is easy and straightforward, there is no sound proof for the rooms so most voices are heard from the outside, hot water gets cold really fast.
Overall it’s good for a one night stay when travelling, very close to the Dalucan subway station and the airport.

They provide free pick up and airport drop off. it’s very convenient for me as someone with 2 luggages. However, I think the hotel is only good for an overnight stay since it’s near the airport. If you want to travel, I don’t recommend the hotel because it is far from the downtown or city centers. regardless, the metro to go to those areas are accessible by riding the taxi but it will more than half an hour to reach your destinations.
it is also very clean and they provided basic necessities. However, the sound proofing is not that great. we can hear the people talking outside, the passerby’s, and their luggage, and even the people from another room. regardless, it’s not very disturbing and we were still able to rest.

Room was big enough, toilet was small. Not much food nearly but there was a convenience store. Provided free pickup from the airport. Walls were thin, rather noisy in the morning.

A perfect stay for a business trip, except that there is only one elevator in the public area. Other room facilities are very good. Oh, let’s order takeout for dinner. I like that window sill very much.
