This was a great place to stay for a night between flights. Staff was helpful and friendly, it’s super close to the airport, food was tasty, and beds were very comfortable.

There was no robot last time. The hotel did a good job in this regard. The follow-up service makes us feel more convenient. The most important thing is that the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Before checking in, the guest relations director called in advance to ask about our room needs. It felt very heartwarming. The room was also cleaned very cleanly. There is a shopping mall behind, and you can drink Cha Yan Yue Se right away. It still feels very convenient. I will choose to stay next time~

At first I didn't want to book Four Seasons Hotel, but my friend strongly recommended it to me. I went there and it lived up to my expectations. The room was upgraded for us. The hygiene and environment are excellent. It is Chinese style and very stylish. Breakfast is included. There are noodles, rice noodles, stir-fried dishes, and many varieties. The service is worth mentioning. Because I brought my baby, the baby's clothes needed to be washed. After I washed them, I hung them in the bathroom. When I was cleaning the next day, Zhang Qin also helped me dry the clothes. I am really grateful and very attentive. I look forward to staying here next time😋

Perfect hotel if you are arriving the airport late at night. Contacted the hotel upon arrival and they sent a Passenger Van to pick me up at the pick up point outside the arrival hall. Super good service. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from the airport. The room is VERY clean & comfortable and I don't hear any plane flying throughout the night at all. Advice is to skip the breakfast. The Metro to the city is just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Reached my next hotel location at 5-1 Square in about 30 mins. 

Very high-end and very affordable. The best thing is that it is pet-friendly. Such a good pet-friendly hotel, this level of conditions, and super high cost performance are simply amazing. And convenient parking, direct elevator. There is a food street around, which is convenient for dining. It is even more convenient and fast to the highway entrance and exit. The hotel also gave me a complimentary breakfast, which was quite delicious, with my favorite bacon, fried eggs, egg tarts, and sausages... This is an ideal hotel for self-driving tours with pets. Highly recommended.

The facilities are relatively complete, and there are also rulers, scissors, staplers, scales and other supplies. One of the best hotels in Xingsha in the early years, this stay was very disappointing. I used to live in the VIP building, this time I lived in a new room opened up in the front hall. The lobby is still gorgeous, sitting on the smelly elevator upstairs, opening the door, at first glance, the room seems to be okay, in fact, some details are not as good as a guest house of dozens of dollars. There is no socket at the bedside, the decoration details are terrible, the wall paint is pasted on the switch panel, I don't know if this decoration is because of rushing work or saving money? The wall-mounted hair dryer is old and yellow. I don't know which waste station is recovered from? Habitually find bathrobes, no. Even the most basic hotel handbags are not configured. The cleaning aunt must have been untrained. The floor towel was crooked on the bathtub, and the towels on the towel rack were not stacked so neatly. The sound insulation effect is not very good, and the sound of talking next door can be heard. There is also a place that makes me puzzled. Although the hotel does not allow takeaways to go upstairs, which hotel management talent has the idea to put the shelf for temporary takeaways under the wall about ten meters outside the hotel? The weather is so hot, take a takeaway to run out against the sun, it is very inhumane. And the sun is exposed, the takeaway is not taken at the first time, it is easy to break. Can't you accommodate a takeaway storage point in a hall in Nuoda? What do I feel when I take the takeaway? It felt like an orphan without a father or mother, sent people under the fence, but not accommodated by the aunt, the landlord's house is so big, but gave the poor child a hut next to the mansion. 300 rooms, to be honest, not even 150 is worth it. But it is not completely useless. The air conditioning effect of the room is very good. I didn't see what brand of air conditioning. Who wants to decorate it and recommend to take a look at the brand of air conditioning in this hotel. In addition, the front desk attitude and professionalism are fine, as a hotel business card, the front desk is still good.

Come to work and live in this international hotel chain, the room is large, but the shading is not good, the shower sunlight will be revealed in the bedroom, the logic of lighting control is a bit poor (either fully open or fully closed), breakfast is a bit greasy, I hope to have more healthy food, the service staff is still very responsible.
