I lived in room no 406 for 4 days but there was no room service in 4 days. (every day i went out at 9 am and came at 5 to 6 pm) on entering the room on the first day, there was less cooling from the window ac because of no proper servicing of ac and the second thing is that there was very low force of water from the bathing tap which improved a little on complaining but after two days there was the same problem. I thought that it might be due to less water in the tank but on complaining after approx 24 hrs it improved a little in the bathing tap. So, the main problem is room service. The location of the hotel and room decoration is good. So, i will give an average point.

1. Need improvement in rooms like open sockets, fan ceiling etc. 2. Service and staff is good. Polite and helping nature 3. Near to nclt chandigarh and other related govt offices

Conveniently located, easily accessible to public transport. Good food available at walking distance. Staff behaviour is good. You have to call in advance if you are carrying heavy luggage as there is no lift and you have to use stairs.

the hotel is in great location, the hotel staff is very polite and good hospitality. the room size is decent , but old . walk and furniture worn down , but they have tried to keep the hygine well. overall great location as you come out , there are lots of eateries and cafés . and right next for you have a 24x7 departmental store .
