Visited for an official trip, stayed for 3 nights.
Experience is fair I would say.
Rooms are okay, spacious, but a bit claustrophobic as there is no visible ventilation.
Good quality is good, but only vegetarian.
Breakfast is pathetic. Recommend not to take the tarrif including breakfast.
Felt there is a problem in supply of hot water some times.
I'll give max 2.5 out of 5

Booked the hotel for 1 day. The hotel is in a good area, we wanted to visit a few clubs so booked there. Some things should be improved such as the bathroom. It would have been great if the room was cleaned too. There was a little dust here and there. But it served us our purpose. Not a lot to complain about at this price

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

(1) for single and occupancy both the hotel provides only 1 sealed drinking water bottle which is unfair with respect to human consumption. Anyways the hotel charges extra for double occupancy. (2) bathroom tap fittings are broken
(3) wash basin drain pipe is short and fixed with a stop gap arrangement due to which wash basin drainage water floods the entire bathroom making it dirty
(4) hotel staff started overhead water storage tank cleaning without our notice or prior intimation leading to non-availability of water in bathroom for nearly 5 hours

its biggest plus point is its approximety to chandigarh ISBT, and sector 17. hotel needs renovation, flush handle was not working properly, balconies were kept in bad condition, food was below standard and costly. Room size was quiet good

The hotel was located in a clean and accessible surrounding and the parking was also nearby, the staff behavior was good and helpful and the room was really clean and had all the amenities. It’s bang for the buck. I would recommend it to my family and friends.

Location is good, quite neighbourhood itself for good sleep, but a few minutes by walking to a shopping mall with everything.
Quite clean rooms and good service.
Only 1 aspect should improve is the facilities, I think the hot water is not 24 hours.

MMandeep’sI recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay.
The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference.

GGuest UserThe property has maintained what one expects from TAJ hospitality. From check-in through check-out was an excellent experience. Service received from every staff member was very courteous, professional and personal. Food at the restaurants was very good, while the attention provided was exceptional.
My colleague from Singapore, who also accompanied me in this visit share the same opinion and was very impressed as well.

GGuest UserExcellent service and hospitality. Friendly staff and very helpful. The food was amazing, I especially recommend trying their Black Dal and Sarson ka saag.. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. But please be mindful of room selection while booking, a single bed room is very small which may disappoint you. I did mistake selecting one bedroom, however on my request the owner of the hotel upgraded my room to a complimentary double bed.

PPANCHALAbsolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The Sky Light Garden Bar/Restaurant food was the most amazing. Amazing, delicious meals, ambient atmosphere, good staff, good service. The hotel breakfast menu was okay. The bedrooms were good sizes, clean, smelled lovely. Felt like luxury.

GGuest UserThis hotel is definitely worth the price. The location is great, and the gym is a nice bonus. The breakfast and lunch were good, adding to the overall experience. The staff is polite and courteous, making the stay even more pleasant. A special shout-out to the reception team—they were extremely helpful throughout my stay. A huge thanks to the receptionist who accommodated my late check-out. Excellent service!

VVikas Kumar/Hotel location is very good. It's near 32 sector Government Hospital Chandigarh.
It's collaboration with OYO rooms, so he first denied to give me hotel but after that he give me room. Receptionist told me next time i book hotel with OYO otherwise he will not give me rooms.
Rooms are clean but AC remote is not working.
Toilet is Smelly.
Water bottle is not sealed i think they refill the Water.
Not very good experience just over all ok.
