Hyatt Centric Sector 17 Chandigarh

Its was nice night there. Saff was very friendly and food is awesome. I’m highly recommend to stay there.

We have stayed in hyatts across America this has got to be the most staff friendly and tastiest food wise Hyatt we have experienced hands down!! Every staff member made us feel very welcomed and greeted us and went out of their way to make our stay feel special. I'd like to mention some names that really stood out , first off Aayush who from the minute we walked into corbys restaurant from morning or until evening helped us professionally and made us feel part of the Hyatt family. Aayush developed a bond with my kid and my kids would ask about him every day. Thanks Aayush for all you do! Samarjeet Singh also with his personality greeted us everyday and found my kids Nintendo on the elevator and tracked us down and delivered his toy to us. There are many other names that helped contribute to our experience as well. The staff that cleaned our rooms everyday ensured our rooms were clean everyday! Also Jotkaran helped us with our laundry needs. Shivursh Agarwal , rajit choudey and the concierge team with their greetings and help were amazing and all the front desk staff and everyone at corbys restaurant played a huge roll in really wowing us with their professional prompt and delicious meals by the chefs and sous chefs like Harry. I really want to applaud this whole staff and organization at the hotel from the top down creating a memorable experience for my entire family. When we come back to Chandigarh we know we will be staying here again and in good hands. My heart is happy and my stomach is full of delicious food. Thankyou to you all you all deserve recognition!!

Excellent Ambience ,courteous staff ,great menu at restaurant!! I had a wonderful experience with the staff at Hyatt Centric! Their hospitality was top-notch, with every team member going above and beyond to ensure a seamless and pleasant stay. The attention to detail, warm smiles, and prompt service made me feel truly valued as a guest. A special mention to *Ayush Thakur* for his outstanding efforts. Highly recommend Hyatt Centric for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!

Very bad experience as it has very inattentive staff in the restaurant. Mainly the restaurant is pretty bad with very limited choices. Buffet for marriage guest are arranged whereas in house guest is treated badly. Was told buffet for dinner not for in house guest while the arrangements was made in the same restaurant. It was embarrassing moment.

The housekeeping staff Manoj and Ramesh are doing an excellent job.The rooms always clean and well maintained with fresh towels and neatly made beds every day. They were friendly attentive and quick to respond to any requests.Their hard work made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.thank you for the great service

Excellent hotel very centrally located in the city of Chandirgah. It was close to the siy=tes to visit and to the excellent shopping available in the city (better prices than other cities!) The hotel staff was very helpful and anticipated our needs. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Th spa was also fantastic!
